1: Please make sure your device has thunderbolt 3/4 /USB C 3.1 GEN2 or above ports that support “Power Delwerys, DisplayPort , Alt Mode”, full-featured USB C ports that support display, charging and data transfer protocols. If after your purchase you find that you are unable to use the screen extension feature, please check if your laptop’s USB C port supports the features described above.
If you are not sure, you can check with HODO.
2: The screen resolution will only be optimal if your laptop is a DP1.4 source, and please make sure your device supports 4K display (external screen and laptop at the same time) as well as working with HDMI 2.0 or higher specification cables.
3: PD (charging port) only supports power supply, does not support the screen extension function.
4: Charger and cable are not included with this product.
5: If you want to realize fast charging, please use 65W and above power supply.
6: For some laptops, please check with HODO if the PD port cannot be charged.
7:The hub will need 7-8W of power consumption for the other ports of the hub to work properly. So it’s best to keep the hub in charging state, so that the hub can work better. If there is a slow charging warning, you can ignore it.

Handy docking station with a few quirks
With nine ports at your disposal, it’s an absolute treat for anyone drowning in gadgets – particularly if you’re tired of playing musical chairs with your cables.
You’ve got a pair of 4K HDMI ports tucked in there, alongside an 8K DP port, VGA port, and various USB connections. It makes sharing different types of content a doddle, I must say.
I ran into a bit of a pickle with my Mac, mind you. The screens were being rather stubborn, showing identical displays regardless of which mode I faffed about with – proper frustrating, that was. Had to dive into the specs to sort it out, which was a tad annoying.
The charging capabilities are rather impressive though – we’re talking 100 watts input, but make sure you’ve got the proper power adaptor handy. Mine went belly up recently, wouldn’t you know it.
At the end of the day, it’s a handy piece of kit with some decent features. If you’re counting the pennies, it’s actually quite good value, especially if you need multiple screens to boost your productivity while working from your home office. For anyone looking to jazz up their desk setup and embrace their inner tech enthusiast, this docking station could be just the ticket.

Bought this for my macbook and love it. It comes with attachments for the bottom so you can change its height. It is so easy to use and worth the money. I like all the ports it has. I plug in my usbs and sim cards from my camera!

Ce hub apporte à mon MacBook M1 exactement tout ce qui lui manquait : un port ethernet vraiment Gigabit (j’ai relevé une vitesse descendante de 931MB/s), un renvoi d’alimentation USB-C, un port USB-C et 4 USB-A, 1 port HDMI et un lecteur de cartes SD/Micro SD. Il y a même une petite led qui s’allume lorsqu’il est en fonction. Les vitesses de transfert sont au rendez-vous et l’appareil est très compact. Il m’accompagne partout dans la sacoche de mon MacBook.
