Really useful and it works!
I was so glad that I got this because not long after I developed a severe headache after dental treatment and this really helped! Easy to cool in the fridge or freezer. The Velcro sleeve is easy to use and comfortable. As itâs Velcro the fit is universal. Decent price.

Does help with a migraine. However, a bit fiddly to get the ice pack in and out of the band. Would be useful to have two ice packs so you could swap them (seems a bit wasteful to buy two bands).

Not very good
It has all the properties to do a good job but the whole thing has not been designed to fit the cooling bits properly so the hat is quite bulky and because of that, it does not deliver what it should do. Disappointed.

Fits round little heads
I bought this for my 10yr old daughter who is suffering from headaches due to illness. The cooling effect is great and the strecthy pouch you put the gel pack into fits round her little head.We store the gel pack in the freezer all the time and take it our as needed. We squeeze the pack a little to loosen it when it comes out of the freezer, but the stretchy pouch softens any slightly pointy/hard bits on the forehead.

Does help with my migraine
I like that it does help however woukd have liked it to last longer cold. I keep it in the fridge and have it ready. It comes nicely presented and if considering a gift for someone I can recommend it because of this. Useful to have 2 perhaps and chill one while using the other.

ich trage es bei aufkommender Migräne oder einfach wenn es heiss ist. Man kann es gut auf die Kopfgrösse einstellen mit dem Klettverschluss und das flache Gelpad passt auch gut ins Gefrierfach. Ich bin mit der Kühlmaske absolut zufrieden und möchte nicht mehr ohne sein

I bought this for the first few days of my childâs recovery from ear surgery. It was helpful to have the Velcro securement at the front and full coverage for the ears (I think intended to be for the temples). It held gauze in place perfectly. Perfect for a child. We did not use the ice pack.Now that my child can wear regular headbands for her recovery we will use this as an ice pack as intended.
