Positive update to my first review
I bought this in June 2022 and gave a fairly negative review. But I want to update my review because Iâve put the product back into use after a total knee replacement and itâs been great. I put it on top of my leggings so itâs not too cold against my skin and thatâs also made it a much more snug fit. So I now find itâs much better than the straight gel packs. If youâve had a knee replacement I highly recommend it. My husband also uses it for his tennis elbow!Initial review:Having already bought a couple of Gelpacks, I decided to try this out because it looked like it would fit more snugly around the knee. However, maybe it’s my knees, but it doesn’t fit snugly. It’s also far too cold to put directly onto the skin and doesn’t come with a compression strap that helps dull the cold, which means I’ve had to put a thin cloth around my knee first before putting the ice pack on. I’ve now gone back to using my Gelpacks which are more versatile and comfortable.

Work well
As long as I donât try to walk with them on they are fine. Itâs recommended to be used for 15 mins at a time which is fine as they lose their oomph after that time. They go warm.They are also quite wide , would slide down if I stood up and walked. But sitting they are secure and do the job.
