Very smart kettle.
Bit wary about this one as our previous kettle was a hob one. But this works well and is very convenient. Connected to our WiFi first time and easily and works well with Alexa. Easy to fill and easy to see how full it is with window on the side. Easy to select temperature to heat water to, interestingly it heats up water in stages so if boiling water it will heat up.to 90 then pause then heat up a bit more and pause etc. presumably it does this so it does not overheat the water. And it beeps when it has finished and, if you want, send a notification to your phone or tablet. Not the quietest but not the noisiest either. No idea how economical it is as we do not have a bl@@dy stupid smart meter but overall, very pleased with it.

Great Kettle with useful features
I bought the previous WeeKett model but never managed to get it to pair wirelessly. This one went thru so easily. It’s making life so much easier, as I don’t have to stand and wait for the kettle to boil!! I program it for 1st thing and then 2hourly throughout the day. I work from home, so this works like a dream ensuring I take my regular breaks, but don’t waste time waiting for the kettle to warm up. Also being able to adjust the temp is great, as I prefer 70° water than actually boiling. The outside of the kettle remains cools which makes it safer & prevents burns. Alexa lets me know once the kettle has reached the desired temperature. Great value for money.

Reasonable quality and integrates ok with Alexa
This is a most interesting kettle.
It arrived well packaged, with some detailed instructions.

The overall quality of the metal casing is decent, but not very thick or substantial. However, it does the job.
The lid is a little stiff to open and close but it has worked each and every time we have used it, and we use it a lot.
The kettle engages well with the stand and certain one touch temperatures can be set from there.
A more gradual control is to integrate the kettle with Alexa, vis the Smart Life App.
You absolutely need to make sure that your WiFi has 2.4Ghz, similar for many smart home appliances. It absolutely will fail to connect to a 5Ghz WiFi.
Once connected to the WiFi- easy enough to do visa the Smart Life App then Alexa, providing the Smart Life App is associated with the Alexa App, will then allow remote control.
Saying things like “Alexa, what is the current temperature of the kettle” will work fine.
Also “Alexa, kettle 90” will set the temperature target to 90c and turn on the kettle. You must NOT add the word “degree” to that sentence, it fails for us if we do that.
You can use 1 degree increments for the kettle when using Alexa voice control. We checked the actual temperature with both a infra red tester and a glass thermometer. The temperature is most accurate.
It does not over boil either. Switching off immediately when it reaches 100c.
We do get a notification on our phones when the kettle is on and then when the target temp is reached, that is via the Smart Life App.
It would have been nice if Alexa would have vocally told us, that does not happen.
Our router is placed quite some distance away from the kettle, about twenty feet through a double wall. It has never failed with the connection.
It is not particular noisy, see video.
The brushed metal finish can mark, typical of brushed metal. Easy enough to clean though.
The spout is just ok for pouring. You absolutely cannot rush it, if you do then it gushes to the sides. It is ok, as long as you realise that.
What I would have liked…..
Voice integration with Alexa to tell us when the kettle has heated up.
3kw rather than 1.7kw for faster heating of water.
Perhaps a thicker metal, as it does feel a little flimsy.
Improvements to the spout for pouring
Water level gauge sensor built in to be used by Alexa, to prevent it turning on if too little water is in the kettle.
Overall we are impressed by the kettle, the remote function being most useful.
Depending how much you pay for this, we got it on a deal, I would recommend it.

Itâs a kettle!
Itâs a good kettle, I had a cheaper plastic one in the past that broke so got this one to replace it. Below are a few point.
Quality: itâs metal, nice and sturdy with a plastic handle, there is a button in the handle to open the lid.
Heating: there are different option, whatâs nice is the 90c for coffee so Iâm not having to add cold water to make it drinkable, also means I donât burn the coffee. The keep warm button is handy if I put one the kettle for a cuppa and but need to do something first.
Smart system: not sure Iâll use this much but once the app is installed itâs handy to get the alert that the heating is finished.
Wifi: it was easy to connect once the app was installed. I connected to Alex so I can now ask Alexa to turn on the kettle, while this is a cool feature not sure Iâll use it much, also you would need to be careful that you actually have water in as there is no water level sensor.
Overall: over all I like it, good price, itâs light but sturdy. The temp control is very nice. Overall it does whatâs expected but extra features if you need them.

Wanted a kettle that Alexa could switch on & off, needed to pair with Tuya app for Alexa to work. Honestly this kettle was the best one out of a few that i looked at, its probably the dearest in price but its performance makes it worthwhile, its from the UK so had to use a power socket adapter. Was easy to connect to wifi in Tuya app, easy to use via mobile with adjustable temp settings, keep warm & timer settings. Theres only one downfall it sends notifications via the app every time kettle turns on & off and the only setting to stop this stops all notifications from app. But i can put up with that.
So far im very impressed with this weekett wifi kettle.

The item came perfectly packaged and unboxing was simple.
Setup was a breeze using the Smart Life app and linking it to my google home was just as easy. The kettle is well constructed and a good additon to my kitchen counter. It heats water quickly and the temperature appears to be accurate.
I would whole heartedly recommend this product to any who wants a smart kettle that’s easy to use.

Amazing works with alexa

I was very upset that it was not stated clearly that it had an English plug. The small worktop that the kettle can go is very narrow and there is no room for the kettle to be stored safely. It would also be very unsightly and cumbersome in front of the large adaptor. It was bought for a present for my mum and she feels unsafe considering an adapter is required permanently in order to use this. Unfortunately, it will be returned this week.
