Barely made it in a year , rarely used. It gives giving problems to start up and says battery is low.

Great in basic mode only
In its simplest form of operation it does what I expected and produced stable, well framed, steady cam effect, even when I tracked and panned quickly. However it failed several times when I tried to establish the online functions. It just will not remain ‘linked’ to the website so that other functions can be set up. When I talked to a techie he helped me set it up but it failed again the following day.

I purchased this item before couple of months, in the beginning it was working fine. Now it doesnât. Always goes off. Just waste of money

Best phone gimbal after trying several
I tried several gimbal side by side and kept this one. Like any phone gimbal it has limitations, but the pros far outweigh the cons – plus in blind testing of footage with friends, all of them independently said footage filmed with the V2 was the most stable.Ignore the tripod in the pic, that’s a 3rd-party octopus not the one that comes in the box. I’ve added a short video I made for fun to show how smooth the gimbal is – ignore the mosaic jumping around, that was added in post for privacy.Pros:- super compact and lightweight- shorter arm makes it easier to balance the phone and a lot more stable to carry when switched off if you’re keeping it in the hand- AI tracking means you can use it with any camera app- high load capability up to 280g and fits large phones (my Note 20 Ultra works fine without a case, but too tight with a case on)- customisable controls via the app, so you can have the joystick work how you want and set the follow speed to suit you- single button press to swap portrait and landscape- Hohem tripod is good and acts as a handle extension (but I use an octopus one I bought for a few pounds for more flexibility)- light weight means easy to use with a long monopod for ‘crane’ type high angles etc- simple to switch follow modes- easy to auto start vortex mode- easy to slip in a picket and carry just in case you need it any time- can charge your phone from the gimbal if filming has drained itCons- short handle is great for compactness but unless you have very small hands you’ll want the tripod attached for most things- short arm on the gimbal is far better in almost every way, but does slightly limit tilt movement compared to say Zhiyun Snsooth Q3 or DJI OM4. But I still sent those back and kept this one, as it’s easy to learn to work with/around it-shorter battery life vs the two above, but unless you’re planning to shoot longer than 9hrs it’s ample – and you should always carry a charging unit anyway
