I an super impressed with this mouse, from the feel in the hand to the way the buttons work and the accuracy of the pointer, everything is very good, no complaints from me. The charge lasts for weeks for me, it is used on a htpc connected to my tv so is not used for long periods or every day, but even when I was installing the pc from new for hours and then days of prolonged use it still lasted well over a week. The main reason for this review is to let you know of the utterly amazing support from Arteck, when I had a little problem I contacted them and within hours I had a reply and a fix, no hassle no hard work from me, they could not help more. It was the best support I have ever had. Thank you Arteck I will be buying more products from you in the future for sure.

Nice mouse and good service
Editing this as Arteck got in touch and sent a new mouse which sits flat and works perfectly. They also gave clear instructions to pair the new mouse with my existing receiver – so my existing keyboard and mouse use the same receiver. I’m happy they invested the time to put right earlier problems – things do go wrong and I value a company which puts in the effort to fix them.After about 26 months the left click became unreliable. It had a lot of use however I’ve never had this happen with a mouse until now. Liked the mouse though so bought another.The new mouse arrived and didn’t sit flat – when left-clicking that corner tapped the desk as it moved down (because it didn’t sit flat on the desk). Because the button is so quiet the noise was very noticeable, also the extra movement was off-putting. Returned the mouse and ordered the same again, the second mouse also didn’t sit flat – this time the corner under the right-click wasn’t flush with the desk so again it moved and tapped with each click. Returned the second mouse and bought another brand, which sits perfectly flat!I don’t think I’m being fussy – I asked some friends and tried other mice and they all sat flat on the desk.

Super quiet and smooth roller
I love this mouse!I had to purchase a replacement for it, because I took mine on an international flight and the scroll wheel got damaged in my cabin bag. I love the quiet clicking, that it ‘goes to sleep’ when not in use. The battery life is amazing – I sometimes use it for 3-4 weeks before I have to charge again. I work at my computer all day, so it’s a LOT of use I get out of before recharging.I also have the keyboard which is also quiet. It was easy to re-pair the keyboard and new mouse with the same dongle. Someone in the reviews wrote up the process and it worked perfectly for me.

Good mouse. Not sure about how long they last.
Love the mouse. Nice and light and comfortable clicks. Never had problem with connection either.Only issue is that this was a replacement. I had bought a keyboard and mouse set 3 years earlier, and the mouse had stopped. Hence the replacement.

Works great . I have zero complaints. The price was awesome as well. It even works on glass which I was really surprised. Fits well in the hand . The buttons are near silent . They make a slight sound but you’d have to really be listening. Definitely not enough to disturb anybody else in the same room.2 years warranty on it. Customer service even checked in with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase which I am. I haven’t had any connection problems at all and I really like that it’s rechargeable( charged it fully when received and hasn’t died on me yet of medium use over the weekend . Came nicely packaged for shipping , no chance of it breaking or sustaining damage. Also came with very clear good English instructions as well as usb cable to charge . It does take micro usb , which I was a little surprised it wasn’t usbC but again for the price and overall quality I have no complaints . I would recommend to others .

FITS IN MY HAND PERFECTLY. NO CLICKING SOUNDS MY DOG CAN HEAR – CAUSE IF SHE HEARS THE CLICKING SOUND SHE GETS UP AND WON’T LEAVE ME ALONE UNTIL I GET OFF LAPTOP LOL – AND I’M GRATEFUL FOR THAT. This mouse is of a good build quality and its response time is quick. The dpi of the mouse is adjustable and it has a soft click sound. The battery is built into the mouse and holds a charge well.

For the price, it is a an okay mouse and can be counted on as a spare, but not for the silent claim. I ordered this based on the reviews and the silent clicking feature. I even sacrificed the perk of the Back/Forward buttons (which this mouse does not have) in order to have an silent click mouse. Sadly, the clicking is not silent. It is muffled, but definitely not silent. That irritated me most while using it – with every click that was not silent. I’ve gone back to my regular full featured mouse as without the silent click feature, this mouse doesn’t have enough to make up for it missing the most important feature it advertises to have. The price point was insanely great for a mouse so it’s not worth the hassle of packing it up and returning it. My search continues….

Update #2: CS went as far as sending over a better suited mouse that meets the initial expectations in terms of ergonomics and other concerns. 5* service from this company!Update: good customer service from arteck and followed up quick. Agreed to a refund over replacement simply due to ergonomics of the mouse which cannot be fixed in my case. Review improvedI wanted to like this for the price but a few things to note.Ergonomics: found the shape of the mouse to be very uncomfortable pressing against my ring finger as it doesn’t provide support for those two last fingers.Pairing: took 3 disconnecting and reconnecting of the USB to pair, not really an issue but wasn’t first try for me, hoping it stays paired now.Noise: this mouse advertises as silent clicking, mine unfortunately isn’t and still makes a clicking sound when pressed anywhere but dead center of the left and right clicking tabs.Advice would be to spend the extra couple bucks and go with a Logitech – unless perhaps I just got a dud.
