Great Little Unit
So small and yet so powerful, use it for traveling around in a narrowboat and was recommended to it by other boaters, simple to set up and the battery last a good time, easy to charge, on average it pick up an extra bar compared to the phone on the same network, great unit, very impressed but you have to remember that in a weak signal area { bit like your phone } then your service will be limited.

Don’t buy this if you think you can send it back if it doesn’t suit
I am seriously angry about this. Apparently I don’t have the right to return this, apparently not even a statutory right. I sadly realised, when it arrived, that I could purchase data for an existing mifi gadget I had from Three Mobile. I also thought that, as it shows a Vodafone sim in the accompanying image, I could tie in the cost of data with Vodafone who are currently supplying my broadband. How wrong I was.If, like me, you want mobile wifi, choose another gadget if you don’t want to be tied into £35.00 a month with an organisation you have never heard of! There are easier and cheaper and more flexible options on offer that may suit you better.

Fantastic, quick and easy to set up. Had to contact TheTechDoctors to set up direct debit, they were very helpful. The device was up and running within an hour. Now I have WiFi wherever I go. Definitely would recommend.

Awful customer service
You have to call them to set up a direct debit and get the SIM card activated, which would be fine, however Iâve tried calling all day and no one had picked up the phone. Iâve reached out on social media and email with no response. Terrible considering on their site it says âweâll get back to you on the same dayâ

Purchased this and all was working, then it stopped charging altogether have had no box working very disappointed that the seller has not replied to me as well.Paying £30 a month for unlimited data, and box cost me £64.99, have started a refund with amazon.Rubbish
