    Aggiornamento:Dopo 3gg ho dovuto fare il reso a causò di uno sfarfallio dello schermo che anche facendo aggiornamenti ecc non si è risolto.Assistenza celere ed ottina.————Prodotto stupendo che rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione.Leggero e maneggevole, bellissimo schermo ed ottimo audio.Lo uso per studio, streaming ed attività basic di navigazione ma il prodotto supera oggi mia aspettativa: veloce multitasking e non si intoppa mai.Ha avuto inizialmente durante gli aggiornamenti un piccolo problema di sfarfallio dello schermo ma che dipende da Windows 11 che si è risolto aggiornando tutto.Veramente non potevo fare acquisto migliore ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Super consigliata!

    Il Pc si presenta bene, ben imballato e con il mouse in omaggio. Leggero e manegevole.La struttura un pò plasticosa, ma per il prezzo assolutamente accettabile.Ho effettuato il reso in quanto c’era sicuramente un problema software alla prima configurazione .Schiacciando alcune lettere , venivano fuori lettere doppie, inoltre non funzionava il touchpad.Ho provato ad installare in fase di accensione qualsiasi tipo di tastiera , ma non ho risolto il problema.A causa di questo non ho potuto nemmeno completare la configurazione iniziale.Ho contattato il servizio clienti via whatsapp . Hanno risposto subito .Mi hanno proposto un link dove riscaricare una versione di W11 (questo mi ha fatto pensare che W11 su quale PC non è genuino, infatti per gli aggiornamenti è scritto che devi sempre scaricarli da un loro Drive) . Avrei inoltre dovuto acquistare una chiavetta da 16gB , ed entrando nel Bios , reinstallare la versione W11 scaricata.Purtroppo siamo partiti male , e quindi ho preferito effettuare il reso e ho acquistato un Nuovo PC di Marca nota.Sono sicuro che senza i problemi iniziali il PC sarebbe andato bene. Peccato.
