Need to be updated for Hondas and Toyotas
The code reader is nice design, probably works well with certain cars and be used be directional but not working with Honda Jazz, and Toyota ( there are 2-3 types of Hondas or Toyotas )many of the features as gear box relearn and might be others but I not needed to use.Apart from these is really good staff, does read the codes , fast and easy to use. I am awaiting to be updated for Honda as well Toyota.Will see.

Very highly recommended product!I’m an auto electrician and I use this on a daily basis. I also used the previous version, I have been using Kingbolen for 2 – 3 years now, I’ve probably scanned over 10,000 vehicles with it overall. For the price it is highly competitive. I have not yet discovered a vehicle that it isn’t compatible with, it literally covers 99% of vehicles globally. Aside from the excellent diagnostics (fault finding/coding/basic settings/adaptations/fault code lookup), it also has the ability to generate detailed technical reports on the vehicle faults. It creates it in a format that can be directly emailed to the customer (if required). It also stores all reports online for later access.It also has a complete array of service functions, everything from clearing a service light to coding batteries in to setting up a new steering angle sensor to coding in new HID Xenon headlights and levelling them properly to setting up new TPMS sensors, and a whole lot more!.It really is worth the money. It’s very easy to use, it connects fast over Bluetooth and works up to about 10 metres away. The licence cost (you get one year free) is very cheap for what you’re getting. I’ve used a lot of diagnostics equipment over the years and Kingbolen is without a doubt one of the best! Very very highly recommended! Get rid of your crappy £300 a month SnapOn and buy this instead!My only slight criticism of the app is that it won’t let me delete or hide vehicle manufacturers that I don’t use, that doesn’t affect any functionality in the app and they don’t take up any additional space on your phone, it’s just visually irritating.

Does not support additive reset Peugeot
This is a nice bit of kit but I had to return it as it does not have the function to reset the Eloys additive system on my diesel Peugeot 3008. If you’ve not got that issue this pretty much covers a lot of stuff.

Thia does everything… Why pay garages?
A muat buy product for the car enthusiast.If you haave a ford or a mazda remember this wont do service modes as you need forscan for this but for every other car including volvo, this device has actuation testing, servicing, recoding and all the technical stuff you can usually get inside expensive scanner diagnostics. What i like about this is that you can generate reports of the cars health and codes so you can give that to a garage and get a cost estimate of repairs. This device turns off codes, lets you open and close electronic brakes, test sensors and all sorts. Buy this device for all your car needs. Connects via bluetooth, value for money and easy to use. Oh and the bonus bit it reads vin number and downloads updated software for that car which is free for life.

Not Compatible with My Vehicle â Disappointing Experience
I purchased this tool specifically to code a new injector for my 2014 Nissan Qashqai Acenta 1.5 Diesel (J11). Unfortunately, it didnât work for my purpose. Despite following instructions and trying multiple times, the tool was unable to perform the injector coding.It seems that it is incompatible with my car, even though similar models were shown to work in some online content. This was disappointing, especially after investing time and effort into diagnosing my issue.Iâve decided to return the device. If you have the same vehicle or similar, I recommend double-checking compatibility before purchasing.On the plus side, the build quality and basic features may still be useful for general diagnostics â just not for injector coding in my case.

Simplemente lo que buscaba: Un OBD2 de diagnosis pequeño, potente, para llevar siempre en el coche y poder operar desde el teléfono móvil. Además, ” todo en uno”, sirve para todas las marcas y modelos. Puede leer y borrar fallos de todos los sistemas (motor, airbag, ABS, adblue, BSI, esp, etc), darnos valores de muchÃsimos parámetros como los de la sonda NOX, caudalÃmetro, fap, presión de aceite, estado de la baterÃa, etc ,etc. También puede hacer gráficos combinados entre distintos parámetros, lo que nos dá una muy buena información a la hora de resolver una averÃa.Me ha sorprendido que lee absolutamente todos los calculadores o sistemas del coche. Esto probado en peugeot y mitsubishi por lo que seguramente es extrapolable a todas las otras marcas. Concretamente en peugeot, es capaz de acceder a los mismos sistemas a los que lo hace diagbox (sofware oficial de peugeot); ver video.También podemos hacer test de accionadores de todos los sistemas pero no simplemente lo clásico como accionar intermitentes y demás sino accionar y testear la EGR, el inyector de urea, la bomba de eolys e incluso medir si el caudal de urea que se inyecta es el correcto. Ah! esto me ha servido para rechazar una reparación en la que querÃan cambiar el inyector de urea “por que inyectaba demasiado poco” y simplemente era que estaba demasiado sucio. Una vez limpio he podido testear que el caudal era el correcto.Tiene 15 funciones de mantenimiento esenciales, entre ellos puesta a cero para cuando cambiamos el aceite, reinicio del DPF o Fap, baterÃa (para cuando la cambiamos), sangrado de ABS, aprendizaje de la EGR, etc. Asà que cuando me hago yo el mantenimiento o cambio alguna pieza ya no tengo ir a que me reseteen nada.Según el fabricante, todo para siempre: Diagnosis de todos los sitemas, 15 funciones de mantenimiento y actualizaciones. Lo veo muy completo para no tener que pagar ninguna cuota anual.

Je viens de faire le tour des différentes fonctions proposées par le Ediag Elite.Franchement bien.Je ne m’attendais pas à ça pour le prix. Essayé sur un jeep wh 3.0CRD (moteur mercedes) de 2008. J’ai accès a pratiquement tout. Je peux tout faire fonctionner a distance. Lecture des différentes données en temps réel, effacer des codes erreurs, copier une clé, codage injecteurs, valves TPMS… Je fait mon diag au chaud a la maison, avec le téléphone ou la tablette, pendant que la voiture est dehors au froid a une dizaine de metres ðPas de problème de communication entre le module OBD et le téléphone. Ãa reste assez simple à utiliser (manuel et application en francais).Petite trousse pour ranger le module.Je suis vraiment heureux de ce truc.

Ich bin von dem KINGBOLEN Diagnosegerät absolut begeistert. Die Einrichtung über Bluetooth mit iPhone verlief schnell und problemlos, ebenso die Bedienung der App, die sehr übersichtlich und professionell gestaltet ist.Besonders positiv überrascht war ich von der Fahrzeugabdeckung und Funktionalität. Beim VW Polo 6R konnte ich ohne jegliche Schwierigkeiten den Fehlerspeicher auslesen und den Service zurücksetzen, alles funktionierte sofort und zuverlässig.Das absolute Highlight war jedoch der Einsatz am Porsche Panamera Turbo S (970). Das Gerät war in der Lage, den Fehlerspeicher auszulesen und zu löschen, was mich wirklich beeindruckt hat. Zum Vergleich: Mein deutlich teureres Launch X431 Pro konnte bei diesem Fahrzeug nicht einmal eine Verbindung zum Motorsteuergerät herstellen.
