Nice and compact
Positive connections and simple to use, an all round solid piece of crimping kit. Comes with a selection of pass through RJ45 connectors, but used my own connectors. This is a very good starter kit and leaves a great finish

Much better than I expected.
I didn’t think this crimping tool would he much good, but it will do for a quick job I had in mind. After using it a few times on the various connectors that were included, I realised that it was just as good as a much more expensive crimper owned by a friend. I recommend this crimper. It’s brilliant for a hobbyist. Whether it stand the test of time, we will see.

Can’t quite finish the job
Works fine if you’ve only got a few ends to do, but will make your life difficult if using professionally. Doesn’t like to finish every crimp or cut off each end. Great for DIY bits

Better than a sky engineer
The most complicated part was straightening the individual wires and putting them in order. The gadget was really simple to use. I replaced two cable connectors fitted by the install engineer from Sky, our intermittent connection is now solid and reliable. My family is forming a queue to borrow it.

Excellent tool, worked first time
Having never made any RJ45 connections before, I was unsure how easy it would be. With this tool and the correct pass through connectors, it was simple. Made a couple of plug for an outdoor ethernet link, perfect first time.

After a dozen connections completed the crimping cut leaves ragged ends. Connection failure rate increasing too much to continue using, so a better model is required.

J’avais 70 câbles cat 6 à refaire, dont les prises et capuchons s’étaient détériorés avec le temps (au bout de 15 ans d’utilisation).La pince est fournie avec un petit guide bien conçu et d’un petit accessoire additionnel pour dénuder les fils, bien pratique.Elle est bien finie et sa conception donne vraiment une impression de robustesse.J’ai obtenu une réussite de 100% en refaisant mes 70 câbles, pas un seul raté, c’est vraiment une excellente pince. Elle fonctionne toujours aussi bien, et continuera de servir. Car je peux désormais recycler mes vieux câbles, faire des économies, et réaliser des câbles avec des tailles à la carte selon les besoins de connexion de l’entreprise où je bosse.Bref, je la recommande à 100%, y compris pour les néophytes en câblage, le guide est fait pour vous.
