Neat and slim 1TB USB-C SSD. Thinner than my RFID credit card holder.Formatted to ext4 for use with Linux backups. Fast transfer of scores of gigs of data either way. Nice bit of kit – usual Samsung standard of quality and reliability.GVFM.

Very compact and light
Small, sleek and light, and it is enclosed in a metal case. The speed overall was OK (850 MBs write & 650 MBs read), and at least for now, it is reliable. It tends to get a bit hot just being connected to USB C/Thunderbolt port on my MacBook, even it was not doing anything at the time. The price for 1TB was good, but feel that 2TB is nowadays really a minimum to go for. Durability and reliability is difficult to judge after just few days, and only time will tell.
