There are a lot of very cheap and nasty cables out there for RCA connections. It saddens me that manufacturers spend multi millions on making the best sound quality come out of their equipment then give you the cheapest pvc cable they can to connect it to the amplifier. I know the Audiophiles will say they want OFC and Gold plated everything but the average user will not notice the difference so a good mid range cable is a suitable compromise. This product works well, it does the job for what I want it for. I also have better cables for some of my vintage gear and AV stuff too. Choose what its for and whether its serious listenting or general background music and buy your cables accordingly. Please dont however buy the cheap and nasty figure of 8 cables with moulded red and white PVC plugs…… thats cheapness to the extreme and they are absolute rubbish unless your hearing is so poor that a road drill sounds like sweet music to you. 🙂

They don’t look as good in person’s as the picture shows and seem very thin which doesn’t convey any sort of confidence with the sound. However in use they are perfect and no discernable difference between this and cables costing X3 as much.

I’ve tried zillions of type of brands/types of RCA patch cables in 50yrs! In more recent years, I’ve even tried many of the off-name brands from Asia as well. For my audio hobby, I’ve been looking in particular, for cables that are made from soft, thin and flexible silicone cables. These are hard to come by. The second best best that I like are the software, braided cables work as well. There are some very flexible, braided cables available from Cable Matters, but they have no shield/screen – which isn’t that great in some installations and use cases.I recently tried a new brand offered on Amazon called, MOSWAG. These, while not strictly silicone, they are very nice and affordable cables. They are; (1) reasonably soft, braided, flexible, and shielded. They have gold-plated connectors that are labeled with an R and L logo – a nice touch. They are well well made. And they come in a variety of lengths. I’ve been using these cables lately on my audio bench and they work great. They meet 99% of my needs, and will buy again.Oh, did I say how much I like these new cables from MOSWAG?
