HP MAKE THE BEST PRINTERS GOING (In my opinion)
This printer is so simple to set up, you can either set it up using Bluetooth on a phone or tablet, or it can be done using a computer. The print speed is really quick, and the quality of the paperwork or photos is absolutely first class. Should you purchase a HP printer, you must get one that allows Instant Ink, it really does cut down on the price of printing. I purchased this one for 2 main reasons:1. My old HP printer, after 7 years, had finally packed up, I couldâve got it repaired but I wanted a more up-to-date model.2. This one is being purchased using the Amazon pay in 5 instalments, such a handy way to pay without having to pay any form of interest.This model is perfect for using at home, printing photos, copying paperwork, or scanning stuff, itâs also perfect for business too. This printer does the lost, and thereâs no chance of running out of ink whilst printing. Should it be printing a photo and thereâs not a lot of ink left, this printer wonât let you print if the ink is too low. This is a great feature, how many times have you printed a photo, but it runs out of a particular colour whilst printing and the photo comes out with bits missing, thatâs a waste of paper and the other ink. This printer comes with some really good features, thereâs a setting that uses a sheet of paper to clean all the rollers, itâll clean the printhead automatically, making sure itâll always give a high standard of print. The paper draw automatically tells the printer what size paper you have inserted. Should you wish to copy a document, simply place the document face up and the printer will automatically feed the document through the scanner and back out again. These guys at HP have really thought of everything.

Getting on line is a nightmare
Great printer, but incredibly hard to set up, and getting ink was really hard, as there was no flyer inside that was supposed to have a pin number on it.

Awful, worst choice i ever made. Do not buy HP if you value peace and fair treatment
Cannot give full details as Amazon claim i am breaching guidelines… just another example of big companies protecting each other, glove in hand. Suffice to say, the product is awful, we have had to pay a local IT consultant to come and set it up for us because ‘It’s the way that the installer makes the connection to the printer’ – it is notorious apparently. So, that cost was almost the same as the printer but at least we had the HP instant ink offer of 3 months of free ink with an additional 2 months from the amazon offer. It was a struggle to get HP instant ink to honour this and then we find out it takes 10 days for them to deliver ink – and if you use your own ink in the meantime the printer cancels the order… so it is impossible to print 700 pages in a month, it is impossible to rely on instant ink because of the delivery leadtimes and the fact that ink is not despatched until you drop to 10%… so, i ended up paying over 260 in month one for the printer, ink and for a consultant to come and set up the printed because it’s connection is flawed. I had more detail but Amazon refuse to allow me to share. The one star is because i bought a printer and in the most loose terms, it is a printer. Avoid if you value your sanity.

Great little printer.
This all in one HP Printer is easy to Install & set up.Once done the print quality is good & ink usage also good.The touch screen panel is handy but my only moan is that the on off switch is at the back of the printer so not easy to get to if you have your printer near the floor.Other than that I am well happy with it & would definitely buy another should I ever need another printer.

Great little printer
We bought this to replace an old HP 7520 printer. This was almost a breeze to set up. Various Wi-Fi connection issues, and sometimes you just have to give it a while to be picked up on the network, but Iâve been pretty impressed. Itâs quicker than our old printer. Double sided printing works well. Not tried any photo printing – who prints photos these days anyway. Itâs much smaller than our old printer which is nice, as this sits in our living room, and itâs far less obtrusive than the larger black printer. Very happy and the instant ink seems a pretty good deal, 6months free and then you get £10 credit. The cartridges that came with it did about 50 pages and then needed changing. We donât do a lot of printing so Iâm interested to see how long the instant ink cartridges last.

Regularly loses wifi connection
Set up was okay. Annoying having to create an HP account (why would anyone want one). Printing and scanning is good. My issue is that I use the printer infrequently 2-3 times a month and every other time i go to use it, it will be offline or lost wifi connection. Normally a reset does the trick but today its not reconnecting to my wifi network. It’s help messages and diagnosis are useless. Have now wasted 45 minutes trying to scan something. Will have to resort to watching youtube videos about how to get in back online other than turning it off and on again

I’m not overly happy with the quality of the printing, there’s plenty of room for improvement. Seems to use up a lot of ink quickly also. Wouldn’t purchase this again.
