Customers say
Customers find these wireless earbuds offer good sound quality with passive sound isolation, and appreciate their robust build and value for money. The earbuds are comfortable, with one customer noting the soft-button push design that doesn’t press painfully into the ear, and feature a secure fit that suits different ear sizes. The battery life is impressive, lasting up to 8 hours, and the wireless charging case receives positive feedback. Functionality and charging speed receive mixed reviews – while some say they work relatively well, others report issues with the left earbud stopping after 9 months and problems with charging.

I doubt they could be beaten for the price.
I’ve had loads of earphones & headphones over the years. I work professionally in the audio world so use everything from custom in ears to high end open and closed back headphones, so feel somewhat qualified to give an opinion.Fit:Can’t complain here. Various size tips and wings to achieve the correct fit. The tips being the part that go into your ear canal, the wings fit over the body of the earphone and help hold it in the concha of the ear. They are made of a soft to touch silicone. I’ve always preferred foam ear tips for comfort and fit, but they gather dirt, breakdown more quickly and are difficult to clean. For a pair of daily earphones the silicone is a more sensible choice.I’ve only had them in an hour so can’t comment on long term comfort. Keep in mind you will want to spend 5 or 10 minutes trying different combos of tips and wing to find a good fit and seal. Creating a good seal between the tip and the ear canal will absolutely transform the bass level and overall volume. The body/wing part are more for comfort and to ensure they stay in place.Sound:I was pleasantly surprised at this price point. Not overally toppy, good bass, plenty of volume (make sure your phone/device is sending full level, and then control the level of the earphones themselves). I think there’s about 18 “clicks” of volume settings on the headphones. For music I have it set at around 9 (half way).A little bit of distortion with SUPER strong bass but nothing bad. Stereo image is decent. I can’t really see it getting better at this price. There are 3 EQ settings. The soundcore signature, bass booster & acoustic. It doesn’t tell you what you’re on, so you kind of have to figure it out. Clicking from bass booster to acoustic is the most obvious so you know the next setting will be back at soundcore signature. I’d say the soundcore signature sits somewhere between acoustic and bass booster sound wise.Isolation is pretty good for a pair of earphones without active cancellation. Plenty of isolation for me. I don’t like to be completely detached from my surroundings so although i’ve given it 3 stars from a isolation performance perspective, for me personally it’s a 5!Features:I turned them on, my phone found them and connected straight away. They magnet into the charging case and light up to show you’ve seated them properly. Take them out of the case and they reconnect if left on. Front of the case shows the battery left (temporarily) when putting them away. Wireless charging by putting the case on a wireless charging pad works well.Value for money:High scores on this. I was getting ready to spend 100+ on a pair, but as it’s really only for commutes and general listening I decided to have a punt on these. No regrets so far!

1 year review – worth reading!
So itâs taken me a while to write this review (despite the numerous prompts from Amazon) and this is mainly because Iâve gone through so many wireless headphones I really wanted to be SURE before writing this review .So here goesâ¦Reason for purchase: Gym, and mainly running on the thread mill.Value for money: Good – considering build quality and lack of issues (to be specific Iâve had NONE thus far) , overall sound quality and reason for purchase – Iâd say this was a sound investment, and cost effective.Durability: Really good. In your ears theyâre light enough not to cause a nuisance, but heavy enough to know that if one (did) fall out your ear, youâd know about it.Battery life: Iâm usually at the gym for about 1.5 hours, I think my longest run at the gym was 2hrs before I got the first prompt of âbattery lowâ. (And thatâs at playing music at a relatively high volume (Iâd say typically at 85-90%)Some people may think 1.5-2hrs is not enough, but I only purchased these for gym use and not for phone calls, or long journeys outside; so as a result, it IS fit for purpose, and does me just fine.I usually keep them in the car and charge when not in use. I believe they auto switch off once fully charged. So far these wireless headphones have been durable, work all the time (Iâve had no issues with one side working and the other not), the case they charge in is fine – (be sure to see both charging lights light up before tucking away) and leaving to charge. The size adaptors fitted perfectly, I think they offer a couple of extra sizes in there if needed but I used the ones that were fitted on upon box opening and Iâve not felt the need to change them.Noise cancelling: Iâm happy with the lack of outside noise, in fact Iâd say I donât notice any noise at all when at the gym and have them on. Iâm often surprised when taking them out to talk to a (gym bro) about how loud the gym actually is, you literally zone out and only hear what youâre playing.Charging case: durable, does what it needs to do. Unfortunately thereâs no written LED indicator determining what percentage of charge each earbud has, but there are a few LED lights on the charger that light up in 25% increments so you can have a good gage as to how much power is in them (both).Phone calls: Iâve only had a few phone calls and to be honest I had no issues, they were of course short (as I was at the gym) but the call was clear and the caller could hear me just fine.Button control: I know some of the fancier ones have touch controls which require a swipe or light tap to perform certain functions such as raising volume or answering calls. In truth Iâve owned a few like that and they are a nightmare (imo), they often skip unannounced, or are an even worse nightmare if youâre wearing a hood or cap, both of which can trigger a function command. Iâve also noted that sweat can also often affect touch control earbuds too – which has been extremely annoying when running. I say all of that to say this – with these the function changes require an actual click and physical push of the buttons on the earbuds, which I welcome as every action is therefore intentional and keeps things rudimentary but also simple – thereby allowing me to continue with my workout without the constant need rewind a track that has skipped inadvertently or having to re-raise the volume as it started reducing for no apparent reason.Obviously all controls can also be done directly via your phone as well. All in all – for the price paid, these are a worthwhile and sturdy investment. I donât need the headphones to make or receive calls, but if necessary they have worked fine for short calls (which to all intense and purpose have taken place in a busy and noisy gym)Summary: Functional, fit for purpose for serious gym goersâ who donât have time to keep stopping and starting because of fiddly touch earbuds. When having to work a 9-5 and fit gym sessions in the evening, then having to go back to your family, you learn quickly that EVERY MINUTE counts!AND YES – Iâm sure there are higher priced âbrandedâ earbuds which could provide the same âproâsâ however they likely will cost 3-4x more than these, and Iâm guessing the reason weâre all on Amazon is bc we are trying to find good value for money without having to go âtop-endâ, and it is for this reason I have taken the time to wait and comprehensively USE the item before writing this review.Hope it works for you as it has for me!Happy shopping!

Best fit, great sound, amazing value. Would highly recommend!
Great value for money, a lot better than others I have tried at many times the price. The app allows you to customise the sound really well. No ANC but the passive alone is pretty good, a nice suprise really. The fit is probably the best I have ever had from an ear bud. I use them while running with no fear of them falling out. Like a 𧤠!!Battery life, they hold their own respectively. Only minor gripe is when loading them into the case you have to tweak their position consciously to ensure they will engage to charge.

Excellent for money. Would be better if they could also make you to fly, but can’t have everything
These are excellent for the price. They’re not quite the sound quality of my Beyerdynamic DT 250 studio reference headphones or even my Sennheiser BT350. But for cheap in-ear headphones for being out and about, they’re perfectly fine.I tried several pairs of more expensive ones before landing on these. All fell out when walking let alone running. And the sound quality of some weren’t close to these. But these have a good range of earbud sizes and crucially a range of rubber wings so they sit securely in your ears.Sound is good across the range. Clear basses though not huge. Clear mids for speech without sounding harsh. And a clear top end though it doesn’t have that sparkle that a really good set pf headphones have. But unless you’re going to spend over £200, I think you’d be hard-pressed to get anything significantly better. They’re comfortable enough for a couple of hours use at a time. I’d definitely recommend them. Unless you’re made of money and don’t mind using (and potentially losing) some much more expensive ones.

I love these earbuds. I bought these when my TaoTronics Soundliberty earbuds broke and I found out they don’t make that model anymore and these Soundcore A1s were about the closest replica so I decided to give it a try.My headphones were amazing until about 8-9 months after purchase when my right earbud started having hardware problems (volume was suddenly really really low). I found out that every purchase from Anker (no matter where your bought it from) offers warranty so I contacted customer support and they sent me a new pair. Unfortunately my replacement never arrived, but I was surprised to see that the customer support checked in WITH ME if my order had arrived smoothly and result was satisfactory, meaning I was not forgotten about. When they found out that I hadn’t received the replacement they immediately sent another one and made sure that this time it was with express shipping and tracking number, to ensure I would recieve the replacement. During the shipping process the customer support still checked in and made sure it arrived as expected and that the product was satisfactory.5 Stars for absolutely outstanding customer support, and also a reminder to everyone if you have problems with your Anker products, you likely have warranty and they will help you every step of the way! Thanks Anker!

Lost my right earbud due to an accident on my ebike so decided to get this one which is really awesome. Lightweight and fit snuggly inside my ear without fearing it might fall off under any circumstances. The only downside to it is the volume. I like it loud while riding my ebike but when I put the volume up to max it didn’t really satisfy me so I had to install a booster app to crank it up a little bit. Problem solved but am not sure if this will damage the earbud in the long run.

If it was an option, I’d give 4.5 stars. So far, most everything seems fine with these buds, they connect nicely, long battery life, comfortable in the ear. I wear mine all day long. I have another set of buds on its last legs that I wear to bed, when they go, I imagine I’ll be able to use these ones nicely. Pushing the button, trying to double-tap it is a little awkward but that may just be me having to get used to it. I specifically wanted something with a button. I had raycons before and loved them until they went to the touch-controls. Most of the time they didn’t respond to my touch but would respond to the pillow, my hair or anything else that touched them. The only real problem I have with these buds is the case. It is so smooth it’s slippery. I keep dropping it and it opens on impact and the buds and case scatter in three different directions. I’m tempted to take some sandpaper to it. The shape of the case means it shoots out of my hand and goes flying when I apply the pressure needed to open it. Again, I know this too shall pass with time as the case loses the shininess of newness but it would be nice if they came from the manufacturer not quite so slippery. All in all, I’d buy these again.
