Robust, quick and a bargain.
Over the past year of 2021/22 I’ve bought 10 of these Gigastone flash drives. 8 of them are 32GB drives, and 2 of them are 256GB drives. Don’t underestimate how important it is that the casing of these drives is made of metal. They are robust, stand the test of time and also the metal casing makes an excellent heat sink, particularly useful when writing to the drive. They do run fairly hot but their metal casing dissipates the heat well. They do not run any hotter than other makes I have and again, easily outperform the plastic SanDisk drives I have (2x 512gb, 2x 256gb and 1x 128gb capacities and several other SanDisk 32gb & 16gb models…..again, all plastic). Over the past 20 years I used to buy SanDisk only, then the metal ‘Integral’ drives and now the metal Gigastone drives. I find these Gigastone drives have better read/write performance than the other brands, they’re faster and much more robust being metal cased than SanDisk’s flimsy offerings. ‘Integral’ metal drives are good, but with my experience of ‘real world’ usage, I find Gigastone to perform the best.Maximum capacity is one of my requirements so i’m looking forward to Gigastone releasing a 512GB and possibly a 1TB drive one day.

Good but slow to transfer
Good practical small physical size with high capacity which can be attached to a keyring. Advertised as being high speed, but even in the high speed usb socket on my 2 laptops it downloads to the usb much slower than an external drive I’ve had for 20 years.

The drive is small,which is good to be left in the usb slot. It can be put together with your keys on a key ring for portability. The metal casing offers very good protection against wear and tear. Since its made in Tainwan, the build quality is no doubt.

Awesome product, especially for its capacity and being of Samsung origin.The only drawback being that it may be TOO small. I had mine in my pocket and it fell out of that pocket when I was pulling my wallet from the pocket. It fell out somewhere in my daily travels on the 2nd day that I had it.I learned my mistake and had to purchase one with a larger form factor.

Gran capacidad en poco espacio. Para mÃ, lo más importante es que no sobresale del lateral del portátil, xon lo que, al meterlo en su funda no tengo que extraerlo. En la memira USB guardo toda la documentación y la puedo trasladar de un ordenador a otro como si fuera un disco duro, pero sin sus desventajas.
