NO MS-OFFICE
The laptop is good touch, is working fine, the screen is a little bit small as it is provided with 13.3 screen. For the price offered, as I bought in for 750, it is value for money. The quality of the camera is ok, and the sound is good. The setup is easy. But one major drawback is that it is not provided with MS Office; it would be better if it had included it.

Samsung 360 High Performance and Well Worth The Price
I am the fussiest of customers when it comes to tech, but this laptop meets my high bar. It’s a real joy to use and am especially pleased with the screen and sound. The S Pen is bundled in the box. The typing experience is firm and assured, complemented by backlighting. If there’s any criticism, it gets very warm on the bottom, otherwise, this is a very good laptop, especially at the sale price under £690.

Impressive and lightening fast.
I am not technically skilled to review a laptop with all the jargon, i just know what works. I am tech savvy with laptops and know this one is lightening fast. The screen quality is beautiful and crystal clear.It was very easy to set up; follow the instructions and you cannot go wrong. Its a lot different from my old Acer which i had for 10 years, hope this one lasts as long.Still configuring everything to my personal tastes, that will take me a while.I plumped for a Samsung as i have always used their phones and have never had a problem. I love how the laptop links to my phone and how i can answer texts and calls from the laptop. Its very useful when on sites where they need to send you verification codes to your phone. Messages pop up on the laptop so you dont have to search the phone for the message and code, its just there in front of you.Hope this non tech speak review proves helpful to some of the non tech savvy users.

2nd Hand Laptop !
I returned laptop within 1 hr of receiving it. Box it came in clearly been opened previously and inside laptop box white wrapping paper was badly screwed up…no cable for 2nd hand charger to connect to laptop.Very dispointed

The Samsung is very fast in use with a lighted keyboard.
The Samsung comes with a fast charger and pen even though online details don’t mention the pen! I nearly purchased one separately. The pen sticks to the unit by magnet, handy.You are told in the limited instruction sheet to charge the unit before using it. Unlike my previous laptops with one charging socket the samsung can be charged in either of the two C sockets. But not knowing this till later as the instructions do not tell you. I had to hope for the best and choose one, not a good start!Registering Windows and setting up everything takes a lot of time as usual.The Samsung is very fast in use, for example starting and stopping unlike my old windows 10 laptop which was painfully slow. The keyboard lights up which is great in dim lighting for typing.The samsung handles my music software with ease. No drop outs or long saving / exporting tracks like my old laptop. Using a mouse rather than the pen is preferable I found. The Screen sharpness of the music software seemed better on my old laptop however. This may be due to working on windows 11 possibly?There is only one standard USB socket and two C sockets. I have purchased two USB female to C adapters so that my USB wires and USB memory sticks will work in these C sockets.Using the Samsung for drawing is ok for armature use and as a tablet.Battery life is good and charges up in about 80 mins from 10% to 85%. The Samsung can be set to extend battery life to charge only up to 85% which is a good idea..I think the Samsung is good value at the sale price on Amazon.

Wonderful device
I was initially skeptical about this laptop, but after testing its efficiency with complex tasks and calculations, I can say it’s an impressive device. It’s also lightweight and easy to carry while traveling. The battery lasts a long time, although it’s not quite at the level of a MacBook. Nevertheless, after spending 7-8 hours working, it’s time to head home. Approved!

Nothing wrong with the product, other than it was sent with a UK charger. It’s now cost me a further $32 to purchase an Australian charger from Amazon.
