Looks smart and does the job
I have the hue range of products throughout my home, but as this bulb was going into a clear shade and on display, I wanted something a little better looking than the standard white led bulb hue do.The light is bright and the dimming is good and connected to my existing hue echo system without issue.

Have put this in an outside light and it works as you’d expect. Also ridiculously overpriced, again as you’d expect with Philips Hue bulbs and, well, anything of theirs.

Nice quality of light, not the best fade off
Good value for money, the light is lovely and great to have orange/blue light range. Only criticism is that it doesnât fade all the way to zero when turning on and off. So many LEDs and smart bulbs donât do this, so itâs not a surprise, but when they do the difference is lovely to have. Some more expensive hues do it. Very much a first world problem and this is a great bulb for the price. It connects flawlessly with home assistant and Zigby. Some of the fastest response times of any bulb I have. Energy efficiency isnât amazing but itâs fine.

Very good, albeit a bit pricey – throw away those plug-in timers!
The Hue system, although pricey, is quite brilliant and this bulb installed in a table lamp means I never have to think of using plug-in timers again – the Hue system is massively flexible. I simply set it to come on at sunset (or a variation thereof) and off at a fixed time. The white ambiance allows me to choose a massive range of “white” shades from cool to very warm, making it ideal. Bright enough for a table lamp, but you’d need more than one bulb to light an average sized room. The filament look is also much more attractive than a bog standard bulb.

Flickers and moisture visible inside. Fingerprints all over. Clearly a faulty return that has been reshipped. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
