Recomended for table use only
Fine for on a table but if youre getting this for on your lap (or the side of the sofa as in my case) then not so much.The fans are pretty good, not too loud or useless. Probably could be more powerful – only use the highest setting and would go higher but they do the job just fine.The main surface is somewhat slippery. The only grip is the two things that come out (which dont grip at all whilst in the closed position). This is fine on a table or flat surface but if you’re using it such that sideways motion/tilting is possible then you’re going to have to be very careful using it.For instance on the side arm of a sofa is a bad idea! In fact I really wouldnt recommend for that use at all as the adjustable arm underneath broke slightly when on the side arm of the sofa. This is really much better for table use.
