Could not remove strap once fitted
Probably would be good if I could use it!! When it arrived I charged the unit up then pushed the strap ends onto the watch unit. Since then the straps will not budge to come off to enable the unit to be re charged. By trying to pry and force the straps off I felt the watch unit would break. Haven’t been able to use so binned it I’m afraid

The strap is so hard it would hurt/rub skin. As others have mentioned you cant get the strap off. When we finally did it wouldn’t charge. Waste of money and my som ripped the box, so unable to return : ( not the sellers fault.

Doesnât track steps accurately
This is a really great price point in comparison to other products that do the same think. However Iâll be returning this product as I donât think itâs accurate -I bought this purely to track my steps each day (was tired of carrying my phone with me every time) – the first day I wore it I continued to use my phone just for comparison – my phone said Iâd done just over 15,000 steps where as the tracker only said 6,000. I knew there would be a bit of a difference between the two but not by that amount – hence why Iâm returning it sadly.

Arrived quick ( prime so as expected) really good value under a tenner but⦠instructions were so small I had to use my phone to enlargeSet up was okNot overly convinced the pedometer part was accurate as recorded a 1000 steps in no time ( maybe I was just too keen) day2 completely reset to the 1st of Jan and the time to early hours even though it was late afternoonSmall plastic strap that u thread the main strap through broke off so main strap flapped around. Thought for the price Iâd use a hair elastic to hold down – but before I got round to this it stopped recording data and lost 1000s of steps ? I checked on the app thinking it would be registered there and it said Iâd only complete 54 steps for the day at 7 in the evening ! I have 10 steps in my home and walked the school run so deffo not right even if I had slept all afternoon ( I hadnât btw) I know itâs cheap as chips literally but personally donât waste your money
