Perfect for swelling relief
I had a medical procedure last week which caused a certain sensitive part of my body to swell and be inflamed. These were a great size to fit on the area and helped alot. I cannot say how warm they get but they do get nice and cold after being in the freezer for a while

Excellent product
I was due double eyelid surgery and had been reading up on aftercare. Ice was recommended for swelling. So I bought this lovely little kit that came with its own hygienic bag. I wasnât comfortable with using frozen peas as I thought they might be a bit harsh. I can honestly say this was amazing. It soothed my swollen eyes, and helped me with the soreness. Thereâs plenty of pads to alternate. They are soft, as is the band that you can use with it.I have healed well after my operation and bonus, you can use these pads for other injuries and ailments as well.

Ice pack post dental implant surgery
I bought this product based on positive reviews. This is a great set of ice packs for use on the face after dental implant surgery. The ice packs come with an easy to use soft cloth-case with adjustable strap which helps keep them in place. Only downer about the cloth-case is that the material is a little thick so you donât get the complete cold sensation. Instead, I wrap them in a thin cloth. The ice packs stay cold for around 6-8 minutes. So far theyâre working well and helping keep the swelling down. The adjustable cloth case can take between 2 to 3 ice packs.

I had two troublesome teeth extractions and had purchased these before getting my teeth removed…and am so glad I did!The quality is superb. very easy to use, and apply.I used these in combination with other pain relief items (ice-bags) for the relief of pain from the teeth extractions, and they were great!I have not used them for heat therapy yet, but expect they would work well too for heat.If you are looking for a solution that these ice-compresses provide, I highly recommend these in particular, they are a really comfortable to useâ¦and the benefit of using them is terrific!

Handy to have at home, I can recommend those
I have used icepacks before and usually keep 2-3 just in case in my freezer, mainly in case of more sport-related injuries, sometimes to heat it up to warm up, but I had the rectangular shaped, bigger ones. This particular ones I ordered in an emergency mode, developing mastitis… the big ones didn’t really fit in my large anyway whilst breastfeeding bra. Those were just right, they are quite thin (which in this case I consider an advantage) and – being round – didn’t cut into skin with sharp edges, which was particularly important! They freez quickly, don’t take up much space in the freezer and frozen are still flexible. I really like them, definitely worth recommending!The only thing – which doesn’t bother me – I had read in the reviews, before I bought, they stay cold for 2-3h.. hahaha, nope, for my mastitis, as hot as my infected boobs were, these lasted cold for maybe 20-30mins! But having 6 in the pack, this was no issue, I just kept replacing them.I tried to use it warm only once, and do be careful, as the suggested 10s was way too long, I almost fried it in the microwave! Try gently first and maybe play with your microwave settings to reduce power, not to cause damage.Turned out to be handy with the little ones’ bumps and bruises too! 😉

Je n’ai testé ces sacs que pour leur rétention de froid, ils sont plutôt efficaces et soulagent pendant 10-15 min une douleur dentaire par exemple. Toujours en bon état après plusieurs mois au frigo et congélateur.

Son pads muy pequeñitos, pero al ser varios son ideales para cuando quieres tratar una zona en especÃfico, irlos turnando en la medida que pierden temperatura. También se pueden usar para ayudar en la lactancia. Un acierto.

Doubling up ice packs inside the pocket of the compression wrap (included) nicely chilled my sore toes. While 2 “blue pucks” (about as big around as a hockey puck) were on my toes, 4 were in the freezer awaiting their turn, resting in the plastic zip storage bag (also included). My toe was heavily bandaged, so it didn’t feel that cold, but it certainly chilled the bare skin when I tested it on my thigh. Cold lasted about 20 minutes… “just what the doctor ordered.” Wait 20 min. Replace with a “couple of cold ones.” Repeat. Long chill for short money. Not sure how long they will last, but I’m hopefull they will endure the first week of my post-op recovery.
