Brilliant, and currently a bargain.
With the newer wf-c710n out this year at about £99 it’s fair to say that the wf-c700n are currently an absolute steal at approx £59.They fit comfortably with the normal earbuds for my ears, and work well straight out of the box, but you can tweak the sound easily using the current Sony app. I’ve not had the Bluetooth connection drop once yet.Battery life is decent, with the one small negative being that the charging case is only good for one full recharge.

Great little headphones
I’ve had these about 6 months now and they are great value for money. They are also the most comfortable earbuds I’ve had and I can wear them comfortably for well over an hour.Sound quality is good for the money, but I really use them to listen to audiobooks so can’t comment much on music quality. Noise cancelling works nicely, but on a busy road you still get a small amount of background noise but it’s heavily reduced.Battery life is good and lasts several hours. You’ll get 2 full charges out of the case and they recharge fairly fast. Just don’t expect wireless charging.The only downside is not having an easy way to adjust volume from the buds. You can setup an earbud to control volume but as they aren’t touch sensitive (have to actually press them) it’s difficult to use. I prefer to keep other functions like noise cancelling and start/stop/skip.Highly recommend and id buy these over most earbuds even those that are more expensive.

These Sony headphones have a high build quality and reliably connect. Very comfortable to wear. Small case with long lasting battery charge. Sound is good, but will not blow you away. Ideal headphones provided you’re not buying them for noise cancelling.Noise cancelling is non-existent on my Sony ones, outside of the noise blocked out by the fit of the headphones. Tried different headphone tips included, but did not help. No difference noticeable when switching between the noise cancelling options on the app. Have recently bought a pair of the new Bose quiet comfort earbuds released Sep 2024. These are much dearer than the Sony ,but actually have effective noise cancelling from cars when walking or whilst commuting on train. Sound of the Bose is not that different from the Sony and the Bose have a bigger case and headphones, however they do deliver on their noise cancelling which is what I was really looking for.

Excellent in-ears which live up to their reputation
First of all, I am used to listening to music on a pair of B&W PX7s which cost about £300 when new.I paid £70 for these Sony WF C700N headphones on Amazon as I wanted a pair of in-ears I could fall asleep listening to at night.I amazed at their sound quality for the money. It is detailed and spacious. The bass is rich but not overblown (unless thatâs what you want) and can be adjusted to taste to suit all types of music. The higher frequencies are sweet and detailed, not shrill and harsh. These in ears sound equally good listening to modern jazz, rock, metal and orchestral film music (yes I listen to all of these regularly).The app works well and contains useful features. I find the noise suppression is very effective (provided the correct size of ear buds are used – Sony provide three sizes). I like being able to tune them to keep dialogue but remove other background noise.These in-ears are light and comfortable so I hardly notice wearing them and they donât fall out.Battery life appears to be perfectly adequate in the one week Iâve owned them.How could they be improved? Wireless charging would be nice but probably not realistic at their regular selling price, without a trade off somewhere else.How do they compare to my B&Ws which I really like? The Sonyâs sound more balanced across the frequency spectrum which is definitely not a bad thing – more a matter of taste. Because they are small and light I find myself listening to them more often. The B&Ws can only be listened to seated.If I had a choice of which to buy new today I would opt for the Sonys, no question about it. Fantastic sound/value!I would like to compare the 700Ns with Sonyâs WF-1000XM5 to see if they are really that much better. I doubt they can beat the 700Ns for VFM.

Auricolari confortevoli e stabili adatti alla pratica sportiva, non cadono durante la corsa! L’autonomia è soddisfacente e i tempi di ricarica tramite il box abbastanza compatto, sono molto rapidi. L’associazione a 2 smartphone risulta utile ed agevole. L’app Sound Connect ha un layout poco accattivante, ma dispone delle funzioni che servono per impostare le varie modalità di ascolto e l’equalizzatore. La cancellazione del rumore testata anche in metro, è efficace. La modalità trasparente si può impostare su vari livelli e risulta efficace su una posizione intermedia, per evitare fruscii. Il controllo del suono adattivo, a mio parere, è la funzione meno riuscita, poiché finisce con il cambiare spesso la modalità senza logica, ad esempio, se sto correndo utilizza la cancellazione del rumore, ma se durante la corsa mi fermo ad un semaforo, cambia modalità ! I comandi gestuali con i pulsanti a sfioramento funzionano molto bene. Sx. per impostare le modalità di ascolto, Canc. rumore, Suono ambientale, Disattivato; Dx per gestione brani musicali /podcast. Entrambi i tasti, con tocchi rapidi, per regolazione volume, sx per abbassare e sx per alzare. La modifica del volume sarebbe stata più comoda con una pressione continua sui tasti. I materiali sono in plastica dura, ma non troppo scivolosi. I set di gommini disponibili, sono 3 di diverse misure per trovare l’assetto più adatto alle proprie orecchie. Questo modello dispone dell’utile sensore di prossimità che interrompe il suono in caso di distacco involontario di un auricolare. à comunque possibile l’ascolto in modalità auricolare singolo. Il livello del volume risulta abbastanza potente per le varie condizioni d’uso, il suono è nitido. Complessivamente il prodotto è soddisfacente e consigliato soprattutto se con uno sconto!

Geweldige oortjes voor een geweldige prijs! Erg onder de indruk van de oortjes. De geluidskwaliteit is zeer goed! Ze zitten lekker en vallen niet uit. De app werkt fijn en de ingebouwde equalizer opties zijn ook erg goed.Wat mij al helemaal verraste was hoe goed de omgevingsmodus werkt! De oortjes gebruiken de microfoon om je de geluiden van je omgeving te laten horen en het klinkt alsof je dwars door de oortjes heen hoort de woonkamer in! Ook de active noise cancelling werkt erg goed.De case heeft een fijne textuur waardoor hij niet glad is en je hem dus minder makkelijk kwijtraakt. Alles voelt degelijk aan en de echte knoppen in plaats van touch vlakken vind ik ook fijn omdat je ze makkelijk in kunt duwen zonder een functie aan te raken. Ik denk dat er onder de 100 geen betere oortjes op de markt zijn! Super blij mee!
