Sound quality really very good but the headset does fit quite firmly. Excellent for Teams/Zoom and watching video etc via laptop. Not sure if suitable for all day use such as call centre just because of how firm they sit on ears. If using for Teams you may need to go on Teams settings to choose this headset to be able to hear others. Mic sits to the left only but not an issue for me. Overall, good value for money and I would recommend

Ok for its purpose, but not as good as the older models.
I had the version of this from when I was about 16 (~15 years use). The pleather on the earpiees was gone completely and the wire was hanging on by a single thread of copper. It was still working perfectly until the final wire snapped. I bought this one. It’s not bad, but the microphone is much worse quality, they are no where near as comfortable and the sound coming through is not as good. It’s surprising as the old ones were so good – but these seem like a big downgrade from older models.

My thoughts on these Logitech H390 headphones/microphone. I purchased these mainly for dictation to use with a speech to text app, for this they do the job perfectly as the hit rate for correct words with my rather croaky voice is very much better than using the onboard mics in either my phone or tablet. Now for the cons, you only get a USB A plug so in this day and age with most phones and tablets having USB C you will need to get an OTG adapter cable, also the cable from the inline control pad to the USB A plug isn’t very friendly being stiff and having a mind of its own, also on my Android devices they don’t seem to work for phone calls?

Everything you need
Solid sound. Decent mic. Nice long cable.What’s not to like?Always appreciated the quality and price point of Logitech products. And this one once again doesn’t disappoint. Audiophiles might get nit-picky with it, but for me, it’s lovely and clear and the mic pickup is plenty good enough.Go for it, I say !!

This is a long term review. Product is working fine âºï¸ it is comfortable to wear for a short time may be 2 hours. But beyond it feels uncomfortable.Speakers are loud enough. But we can still hear people talking if their conversation is loud and microphone is fare enough. Haven’t received any feedback from anyone that they’re having issues with my face and clarity.Haven’t faced any issues and it serves it’s purpose. Do recommend people looking for budget friendly headset.Thanks ð

I feel like 5 stars is overly generous for a budget item, but some features just don’t come without a bigger price tag. This headset is great for watching youtube videos without bothering anyone else in the room and for casual gaming.Sound quality is good enough. I like that the headband portion is flat-ish on top. It has a good size adjustment range and doesn’t weigh a ton or slip around or pull my hair. The mic is clear. The padding on the ears is soft and removable, but I don’t love the the texture of the vinyl. Life hack: a pair of black baby socks stretched over the padding makes the texture bearable and keeps sweat and oils from building up.
