Reasonably priced for an impressive laptop
The laptop build quality is top notch, being slim and having a metalic frame ensures that it’s sturdiness isn’t affected. The keyboard is responsive and has a good touch feel, same as the mouse pad. The best part about the laptop is it’s performance, even having a lot of tabs open doesn’t impact it’s performance. A solid laptop.

Fast and reliable with a great screen
The Ryzen 7 5700U processor handles everything I chuck at it brilliantly, whether I’m ploughing through coding work or having a proper gaming session. There’s not even a hint of sluggishness or strain.What’s really brilliant is how seamlessly it juggles different tasks. The combination of 16GB RAM and NVMe SSD means I barely notice any loading times at all. I can hop between sorting out coding problems and catching up on my favourite programmes without any faff or waiting about.The 16-inch screen is a proper treat – the colours are spot-on whether I’m having a film night with the little ones or cracking on with design work. All the USB ports and HDMI output are dead useful for hooking up extra monitors. While the build quality feels solid and reliable, I must say it took me a while to get used to the keyboard layout. The battery life is decent enough for everyday use, but I’d definitely suggest keeping the charger handy if you’re planning to be out and about for ages – better safe than sorry, after all.It’s been a right good investment, this laptop. Despite the minor niggles with the keyboard, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with how it handles everything I need it to do.

Underperforming and cheap feeling
I rarely leave reviews for the things I buy, but my experience with this thing warrants a warning.I purchased this laptop as a replacement for my prior laptop which suffered a snapped hinge. After formatting the SSD and installing Windows (which felt like a necessity given the prior reports of ACEMAGIC shipping mini PCs with malware pre installed), I began to play some games.After installing OldSchool RuneScape and mirroring my settings from my previous laptop, something immediately felt off performance wise. Notable frame drops and a consistently low FPS despite OSRS not being a particularly intensive game.To make sure I wasnât just imagining things, I booted up my old laptop and installed a benchmarking software on both laptops and ran them simultaneously. The results were absolutely laughable.My old laptop is of the same generation of Ryzen cpu, although with 6 cores rather than the 8 advertised in the specs sheet of this laptop and only 8GB of installed RAM in comparison to the 16GB in this laptop.Despite this, the ACEMAGIC laptop benchmarked as being 30% SLOWER than my old laptop, which is absolutely absurd given the strictly better spec sheet. Seeing this, I immediately boxed it back up to return it.Perhaps I got a bad chip, but this thing is not worth the benefit of the doubt. Between the poor reputation of the company, the flimsy build quality and inexplicably bad performance, I cannot recommend avoid this thing more, even when taking the suspiciously low asking price. If this thing is the upper limit of your price range for a laptop that can handle some gaming, I personally advice looking for a second hand device.Steer clear of this thing at all costs.

Reliable workhorse for daily tasks
It’s a feature that simplifies late-night work sessions, especially when the children are asleep.For the month I’ve been using this laptop for my marketing tasks and some casual gaming sessions as well. The 16-inch screen, with its 16:10 ratio, provides clarity for viewing spreadsheets and presentations, although in sunlight it can be a bit reflective. The AMD Ryzen processor effortlessly manages Chrome tabs and Adobe applications without any hiccups, which comes in handy especially when I’m multitasking between client presentations and streaming music simultaneously.The construction is quite good. It has a metal body that feels reliable for trips to work or school. The battery lasts around 6 to 7 hours with use, it could be better. It’s not too bad to handle. The cooling setup keeps things quiet most of the time, although it does get a bit noisier when handling demanding tasks.The 512GB SSD provides plenty of storage space, however, I did find that I required an external drive for storing video files. Typing on the keyboard feels comfortable during long sessions. Some users may find the key travel to be a bit shallow.There are plenty of ports for connection. I easily hooked up my monitor and wireless mouse with no trouble at all. The startup times are fast. Windows operates smoothly, however, I had to remove some unnecessary pre-installed software.

Estamos delante de un ordenador con la potencia mas que necesaria para el dia a dia con un uso personal normal. (correo, excel, word, whatsapp, musica, peliculas, etc..)Se puede jugar sin problemas, pero claro, tenemos que tener claro que no estamos delante de un portatil gamer, con lo que si queremos graficos a full, pues igual no tendremos la respuesta que esperamos, para eso se deberÃa utilizar otro tipo de pc adaptado a estas necesidades. Pero repito, para un uso normal, casa, estudios, etc. es mas que suficiente, el PC vuela literalmente.Con la configuración de disco SSD de 512 GB y los 16GB de RAM, acompañado de un win 11 PRO, el resultado es que tenemos un maquinon por poco menos de 300⬠(si tienes suerte y das con la oferta), de todas maneras, sin oferta el precio esta muy, muy bien.La pantalla de 15,6″ se ve de fabula, nada que envidiar a otros portatiles mucho mas caros.Las conexiones fisicas son suficientes, 3 usb-A, un puerto HDMI, un jack para auriculares y una ranura para leer targetas TF.Una de las cosas que me ha gustado es que el puerto de carga es USB-C, muy util y extendido a dia de hoy.La camara, todo y no ser una maravilla, se ve perfectamente.En el apartado de sonido, os tengo que decir que me ha sorprendido mucho la calidad y el volumen. Incorpora un par de altavoces en los laterales que se oyen francamente bien.El microfono incorporado es muy bueno, te oyen perfectamente.En cuanto al acabado, es de un material metalico y dado su poco grosor hace que parezca que tengamos un potatil muy lujoso.No se calienta apenas, no se oyen los ventiladores a menos que no lo hagamos trabajar a alto rendimiento durante mucho rato.Otro de los aspectos positivos es que la pantalla se abre 180 grados, quedando practicamente plana si queremos.El teclado, el teclado es formato ingles, y viene con varias fundas de silicona para adaptar al lenguaje o región en la que estemos. Inicialmente era algo reacio a las fundas de silicona, pero despues de probarlo os tengo que decir que me gusta y mucho. La funda no se mueve, el tacto es muy agradable y ademas te da ese plus extra de seguridad por si se nos derrama algo en el teclado. Las teclas son grandes y dispone de teclado numerico independiente, cosa que se agracede.El touchpad es enorme y funciona perfectamente, es muy sensible, todo y que siempre lo podemos desactivar si utilizamos un mouse para que no movamos el puntero accidentalmente mientras escribimos.Antes ya he hablado algo del rendimiento, pero os tengo que decir que me ha sorprendido mucho la rapidez con la que arranca y esta disponible para usarlo, en menos de 10 segundos ha arrancado windows y es totalmente usable.Si tengo que indicar un pero a este fantastico portatil, seria el que no incorpora lector de huellas dactilares, hoy en dia, para desbloqueos, para autentificaciones MFA, etc cada vez es mas necesario, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar conectando un lector de huellas por USB.En cuanto a la marca y el servicio post-venta, tenemos una web, un mail, pero tambien tenemos un numero con el que podemos hablar por whatsapp con el servicio técnico. Yo he utilizado este ultimo canal para ponerme en contacto con el fabricante, y os tengo que decir que me ha sorprendido mucho lo rapido que contestan y realmente te solucionan el problema o la duda que les puedas exponer.Es decir, a parte de tener un buena máquina, tenemos un servicio de atención al cliente de 10.Con solo 7 dias de tenerlo, ya he recomendado la compra a un familiar. Siempre he tenido portatiles de marcas reconocidas, pero desde que he descubierto ACEMAGIC, os aseguro que nunca mas voy a pagar mas de lo que realmente hace falta.Una opción totalmente recomendable al 100%.

Bought this laptop for small office en private tasks. Handless lot of open browser tabs while playing YouTube movie. Great bright screen with small bezels. Nummerpad is a nice option. When installing a user there was a problem off a Windows loop. There is sticker on the laptop with a QR code for WhatsApp helpdesk. Which worked great! Quick response and a useful solution. Keep up the good work!

Temevo di aver fatto un acquisto sbagliato Meno di 300 euro per un portatile 16 mega 512 GB …C è stato un problema : ma tutti dovuti a Windows 11 e i suoi aggiornamenti .Se questo succede( é capitato solo una volta) basta resettare alle impostazioni di fabbrica salvando i dati.Bene alla fine del processo,dati salvati wifi ancora configurato, e un file con l’elenco di tutti i programmi disinstallati e un link per arrivare al sito con il file di installazione.Computer con schermo luminoso film documenti ok,uso bluestacks per le app di android, in pratica computer e cellulare sono in contatto via USB bluetooth .Insomma fantastico.Una considerazione importante : per quanto io sia contento ho predisposto il salvataggio dati continuo.Così se un giorno per qualsiasi motivo ci fosse un problema,dovrei rottamare semplicemente un terminale .Cosa che spero capiti tra molto tempo se proprio dovrà succedere 🙂
