Half decent laptop!
Nice and light and battery life seems good(averaging around 10 hours). I bought this exclusively for the SD card slot and windows 11 which works well with updating firmware for my electronic drums. I’ll be using it for recording drum tracks(using a DAW)and editing drum sounds,etc…

Awful!
Bought this and it wasn’t as good as I’d hoped as it wasn’t charged when I first got it and it was very slow once I’d downloaded all of the things I needed. I tried to return and the company tried to say that I returned the item damaged! They stated that I’d given them a different laptop back – awful and wouldn’t recommend at all

I got this for my wife to replace the 17 year old laptop she was trying to use (it was slow and failing). It is a very nice laptop with Windows 11. I was apprehensive about Windows 11 but it turns out that is very simple and easy to operate. Works great!

The previous Dell I purchased for this price was very slow.This one is much faster due to the processor speed and SSD.

My old laptop has slowed to a crawl and the battery is dead so I decided to treat myself to new Dell. I am happy that I did. The screen clarity is much better and the speed is awesome.The price was better than buying direct from Dell, which is always good.I have no complaints.Arrived within days of ordering.

This is the replacement for another pc that I had to return because it was defective. I have been happy with this one. The only thing and I did not notice until I received the pc. It is not touch screen. I do miss that.
