Why can’t I use the Zoom function?
Zoom function is available at 1080P resolution. Please change the resolution of the video software to 1080P or below.
How to disable autofocus?
You can click the Auto/Fixed focus button on the remote control to disable the autofocus.

Great quality picture
I bought this for use as a webcam for my home office and it works just great. The Webcam comes with a tripod and a remote control. I must say that I do not use these however the remote functions as expected and the tripod appears to be sturdy and I am sure will be useful.

This is a really good camera. You can reduce brightness, zoom in and works well for my macbook. The microphone is very good too and it comes with a very handy remote control. Overall great value for money and I can’t recommend it enough to other people.

Great camera, easy to use and easy to set up
Great camera that is easy to set up and gives a great picture.The remote is very handy for turning the camera off/muting/altering picture definition/colour/contrast etc.The only reason that I give 4 stars and not 5 is that although turning camera off is plainly obvious, there is no on screen indication that the mute function is on / off(used on teams, google meet)

Good picture quality and sound. Useful zoom function. Easy to set up. Working well so far. Privacy cover was a little fiddly to apply and you need to take your time to make sure it’s aligned correctly before applying!

Autofocus issues
I bought the Depstech 4k webcam as an upgrade over my laptop’s built-in camera. After some initial teething issues, which were answered very comprehensively by the Depstech team, I’ve now got this camera dialled in and it’s working a treat. The zoom function is really handy, and the image is certainly clearer than my old laptop camera. Considering the price, this package is very good value for money!

Video quality is great. Allowing for a crisp image that is captured over a wider area. Also having the ability to change the cameras settings using a remote nakes it alot easier to us. Having the Biloty to block the camera woth a detachable screen is great for that extra feeling of privacy. Its microphone is also great for its price point. It allows for a clear sound for others to hear. It is not the smallest of webcams but is fairly slim which does mean it kind still be put away wothout taking up to much room and utilized ao it is not an eye sore. For the price paid it is great value. Overal hreay product; it is easy to setup, utilize and store.
