Very Easy to Set Up Out Of The Box (4002dw)
I would recommend the HP LaserJet Pro 4002dw to anyone who wants a black & white laser wireless printer for both Windows & IOS.EDIT: Before purchase I had hoped to use both Ethernt & wired connections but after thinking about it thisI realised it would confuse the Router, hence why if using ethernet connection the printer disables wireless.

Great print, totally horrible setup, avoid for an office
Worst set-up process of any printer I have ever used in 30 years!Cannot connect to a network with wired and wireless users. You can only use one option.Prints well, great for a single user, horrible for an office.The HP software looks like it is 15+ years’ old.

Would definitely reccomend buying this printer. Itâs easy to set up and prints really quick. Wish i had bought it sooner. I like that i can print from my phone and the quality of printing is great

Connecting Laserjet Pro 4002 dw
Difficult to connect wirelessly via Windows 11 and HP Smart. Had to have HP technical assistance, which was very good and issue eventually resolved. Installation software needs improvement.

Cannot use Ethernet and Wifi at the same time
You cannot use Ethernet and Wifi at the same time, so not much use when you have a few machines on wired network and you want to let other devices (phones, laptops etc ) attach via WiFi. Not suitable for purpose.

What’s important to know – Windows 7
I gave this purchase a 1 x Star because … I purchased this HP4002DW laser printer on the understanding that it was Windows compliant. The description of this printer said it was ‘Windows’ compliant but failed to indicate which versions. I am running Windows 7. I was unable to install HP Smart software because my Windows version is not supported. I returned the printer. I had to pay £20 postage and the supplier refunded cost less £30 because the printer had been unboxed and turned on. I wasn’t given adequate information prior to the purchase.

Se configura fácilmente, por wifi sin, cables. La calidad de impresión es excelente y la velocidad con la que imprime brutal. Imprime por las dos caras de forma automática, sin problemas de inyectores de tinta que se secan.

L’imprimante en elle-même est bien, mais le toner est hors de prix, et deux cartouches compatibles n’ont pas été reconnues. Retournées à Amazon pour remboursement, heureusement !Trop de protection appelle le boycott.

Una volta collegata al Wi-Fi funziona, ma poi quando la spegni bisogna rifare la configurazione tutto da capo. Ho contattato il centro assistenza tre volte, mi hanno detto di aspettare e poi hanno buttato giù la linea. Non la posso neanche più restituire perché no ho la scatola originale (l’ho buttata convinto che tutto sarebbe andato alla meglio una volta collegata al Wi-Fi).Mai più!
