I purchased a renewed dock three times. Both docks delivered by Amazon worked perfectly and came with the proper USB-C cable. Be aware for sellers who ship directly because the dock I received from them was faulty. The Displayport and hdmi slots did not work on that particular dock. Thinkpad could not detect displays, probably because the usb-c cable supplied and the seperatly usb-c to usb-a adapter would send a signal to the monitors. I returned for refund, and ordered one that was sold by Amazon.

I have purchased two “Refurbished” units.The first Had no video outputThe second did not work at all!The first had a business card included with a non-existent email address.They must not perform any testing whatsoever, other than a cursory visual examination.As a device these units are great, we use a great many for both home workers an in our offices.I WOULD URGE YOU NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Functionality
Perfect so far and exactly what I have been looking for. Use it for my HP personal and work laptop. Powers 2 displays and charges my laptop. Variety and number of ports is excellent. Unit came in excellent condition with no stretches at all. I just hope the reliability is what I need. But initial impressions are that itâs excellent! Well done to the seller!

I purchased this to use with my work laptop and my two screens, I couldnât get it to work, however I left it alone and then connected it to my personal ASUS computer which over the years has stubbornly refused to work as a multi screen (two separate monitors) is suddenly able to multi screen, so hopefully when I reconnect my work computer it will work properly.
