The “Smart Home Controller” allows the functions of modern electrical installation, such as: central display and operation, lighting, shading, energy monitoring, temperature control, scenarios, IP cameras, macros, etc. This must be connected to a WiFi router using a LAN cable. Depending on the existing network, the smart home controller and the xComfort system can be accessed via a smart phone, smart TV (complete browser), PC, laptop, tablets etc. via either “local” via WiFi, or “remote” via the internet An iOS app (iPhone, iPad, iPod), an Android app (smart phone, tablets) and a web browser (mobile devices, desktop, PC, laptop, etc.) are available for intuitive control, operation and display of the system.
Different status LEDs on the device indicate the function and status of the device, the system or the communication connection. For configuration, you need the Eaton RF software 2.19 or higher and a web browser for the configuration web interface integrated in the smart home controller.
