Fantastic! Helpful Seller, resolved my issues with a replacement, which is,so far, working perfectly
So after contacting the seller, the sent me a replacement, shipped from China, but it arrived within about 7 days (The seller did let me know before sending, and I said I was happy to wait a little longer for delivery from China).I only got around to testing the replacement today (Sunday 3rd March 2019). It arrived with Firmware 2.70 on it, and the DIP switches were already set as I wanted (I’m assuming they tested my usage intention first before sending – I’m simply using them as self-locking relays, simple on/off switches that work via remote, buttons on unit, or WiFi app). So far so good, I got the remote paired first try, no problem at all, I then got it connected to WiFi… I did have a some minor issues here, however I think that was down to something on my network being problematic. I rebooted my router and it then connected and works great.So all in all, first unit was obviously defective, however the seller was very quick to respond and offer a replacement, which is working great.Since it’s now working perfectly for me, I have increased my 2 star rating, up to a 5 star because it’s doing every thing I wanted it do, and it’s doing it perfectly (At least for the time being ha!)===========================================================================================UPDATE: I have been in contact with the Seller who have been very helpful and are sending me a replacement unit. I shall report back and update my review once my replacement arrives===========================================================================================Original Headline: Sadly, Disappointed!Original Review:In principal, this seemed like an awesome product, and most reviews are pretty positive, however my experience was, well – see the video! This thing has a mind of its own sadly. First off, I also bought the remote that’s sold separately – if wouldn’t pair, no matter what I tried. Secondly, Despite setting it up so that each output was “Self locking” and disabling any “inching” modes etc, so in other words, setting this up so that each gang was independent and was a simple on/off – you can see from the video that it had a mind of its own! Unusable in that state. Such a shame too – I connected it to my WiFi super easy, it prompted me via the EWELink app to update firmware to 2.71 which I did successfully on the hope it would fix the weird behaviour, but nope – still acts with a mind of its own.FYI: I’ve been into electronics for 20 odd years, and am no stranger to Sonoff devices – I already have a multitude of the S20 switches etc all woking without issue – but this device just didn’t want to play ball.Please note – my rating is for the PRODUCT, It’s no reflection on the seller, as I’ve not dealt with them, I simply opted to return the item as it’s defective / not fit for purpose. I’ve not contacted the seller directly since Amazon’s returns process is so easy.I may try another one in the future because I really like the idea, but for what ever reason – perhaps simply a defective unit, this was just unreliable.To summarise:Pros:- Connected to WiFi and App easilyCons:- Remote would not pair- Sporadic / Odd behaviour- Relays (gangs) not acting as programmed / set / intended- Unreliable as seen in video, the behaviour of which also caused the device to power itself off and back on at one point as it was glitching like mad.

Pretty easy to use but documentation is a bit lacking
Set this up on the DC socket to test it working and managed to get it set up without any difficulty on the wifi. Got it working on the eWeLink app but didn’t venture too much in that beyond the standard et-up. Even got it working on Alexa and it worked fine if a bit to laborious to justify the time spent. Has a DC and AC connection (note these are either/or power supplies to the unit only and bear no relation to the 4 switched supplies). After a bit of trial and error it worked fine. Also bought the RF switch – double press the channel switch on the unit then long press the RF switch you want associated with since this is not mentioned anywhere and I discovered it by accident – so I could have it locally int he room. Bought a second unit once I was happy with it and set it up on an 8 channel lighting control board per my photos. Looks the dog’s pro-verbials and is great for showing off. A whole plethora of options exist within the app where you can time set the channels or set up behaviour based on third party components such as daylight sensors, PIR movement, separate switch and so on. Worth every penny, so, spend a little time messing about with it and you’ll get it doing some pretty amazing things. Right then, off to build another one of these for my downstairs lights!

Llevo un mes usándolo y funciona perfectamente.La instalación es muy sencilla. Yo lo tengo montado en el carril del cuadro eléctrico ya que lo uso para accionar dos contactores en remoto. Va bien tanto alimentado a 220 cómo a 12V.La configuración de la placa es muy sencilla. Con los interruptores puedes seleccionar el modo de funcionamiento. Tiene tres: Los cuatro relés pueden funcionar de manera independiente o alternativa, de manera que cuando se active uno se desactive automáticamente el resto. Cuando se activan de manera independiente se puede asignar un tiempo de activación. Yo uso uno de los relés para abrir el portal desde el móvil.La configuración de la app es sencillísima también.Muy contento.
