Great little laptop
Good cheap little laptop. It’s also… pretty! I’m using it to run both windows and Linux and have had very few problems. It does work better with the Mouse that is provided, and a side note on that, the mouse WiFi transmitter is in the base of the mouse. It pulls out and then it’s just plug and play…. dont spend a month wondering how to get the mouse working like I did…. :/

Perfect for my needs
Love everything about this little gem. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Comes complete with wireless mouse and a spare silicone keyboard that goes on top of laptop keyboard. The only negative thing is the volume. Even though on maximum it’s not very loud.

Very slow laptop battery is very bad never stays charged for more than an hour faulty mouse that comes as an added accessory laptop keeps freezing and crashing have it 2 days do not recommend and certainly not worth what itâs selling for

A dangerous gamble of a purchase
A very risky buy – according to other reviews, if it works, it’s great. Mine didn’t. After just two days (and very little use), it failed to start up, giving me a blue screen error instead. Thankfully there was a sticker near the screen for just such an occasion (as if they anticipated the problem!) with an email address to contact. I did so, and they sent me a USB stick with a copy of Windows on it. I had to email again for instructions because everything was in some form of Chinese. The fresh install seemed to work, but the laptop no longer starts up, and the problem seems to be back.Update: they sent me a new hard drive along with instructions on how to install it, and so far the problem appears to have gone away. Truly great customer service, but this problem absolutely should not have occurred in the first place.

Great value once you know how to use it properly
“After using this laptop for a couple of weeks, I realised that many of the issues mentioned in negative reviews are either simple misunderstandings or easily fixed with a bit of troubleshooting. Here are a few tips from my own experience that might help others:1. Charging issue â At first, I thought the charger wasn’t working, but it turns out I was plugging it into the wrong port. There are two similar-looking ports, but only the left one is the actual charging port. The right one is for headphones, so no wonder it wasn’t charging. It’s a small detail, but easy to miss.2. Blue screen crash â I had one blue screen error early on, which was caused by unnecessary system updates and tweaks. If you’re not tech-savvy, Iâd recommend leaving the system as it is and avoiding updates or installing a different version of Windows. The laptop runs smoothly with the setup it comes with.3. Performance slowdown â My laptop started lagging badly after I installed a third-party antivirus. Once I removed it, the speed went right back to normal. It seems like some antivirus programs conflict with the pre-installed system, so I’d suggest sticking with the built-in Windows security unless you know exactly what you’re doing.All in all, this laptop is excellent for the price. It’s compact, fast for everyday use. If you’re on a budget but still want something reliable for work, study or browsing, this is a brilliant choice, as long as you use it correctly and avoid common pitfalls. A little patience at the start goes a long way!”

Blue screen issue, completely my fault but the seller was amazing
I ran into a blue screen problem shortly after getting the laptop and thought it was faulty. After a bit of digging, I realised it happened because I tried to install a different version of Windows, which caused the system to crash. Totally my own mistake. I reached out to the seller and they were really helpful and kind about it. They guided me step by step to get everything sorted and never made me feel bad for messing it up. The laptop is now running perfectly again and I really appreciate their support. Excellent service all round.
