Skeptical at first.
Easy to install. Simple design but the features that comes with it is plenty enough that it covers whatever your concern about safety and why you are looking to purchasing one. Its big enough that it can be seen but also small it enough that it is descreet and its not too much of an eyesore. The sensativity if the camera is amazing! Any noise or movement it alerts you which for me is good. There is a way to amend the sensativity on the settings if needed. Its not too expensive like the other brands which is why I was skeptical as my title say. But honestly I’m glad I tried this one compared to the other cheaper models. Im that glad that now I need to invest on buying 2 more for my dining room and kitchen

Handy and good camera
I bought this in December 2023 and it is now August 2024, Iâve used the cameras in my kitchen and lounge windows , it does not necessarily need the night mode on at night as the night light camera can reflect off the window and give no picture of anything but the light but like I said it really isnât necessary for that , used facing inside the home is great , the picture is good and the two way talking ability is handy . You can change the settings to only notify you when movement is noticed or you can ignore all and just have it set to record any movements and store it for later viewing , you do need a subscription for this but itâs very cheap and worth it in my opinion . Iâve had no problems with picture quality or anything and the cameras have been in constant use since the start . Connecting to wifi and to phone was very easy with the app . Once ordered I was sent an email regarding helpful tips with set up etc , canât comment on customer service as it really hasnât been necessary as the cameras have continued to perform well.As it is a plug in no comment on battery life but it runs well with the lead plugged in as expected lol. All in all I would recommend this .

quality and function
I live on a main road which is some 10m beyond my front door. I have tried numerous external security cameras and video doorbells, all of which were far too sensitive at relentlessly pinging passing traffic. I came across Owltron two-pack indoor cameras which I purchased on the strength of their advertising and other customer reviews. I have set one of the cameras in my lounge on my window ledge facing outward to my drive and the other one in my conservatory also facing outward to my garden (both aspects are partially illuminated). I have set them to record motion/human filter and events only. I have turned off night vision as they emit a light that ‘reflects’ back to the lens when recording. The sensitivity of detection is very good and picks up motion over 10m away and does filter out fluctuations in light caused by passing traffic. I record the images in SD as this is more than adequate providing a very clear image, especially at night, for my purposes. I have tried the full HD and the clarity is picture-perfect. Both of my cameras now act as outdoor security cameras and provide me with a very good level of security at a very reasonable cost. Setting up the cameras was a doddle and I was up and running within 5mins. The app that one downloads to programme the cameras is jammed packed with features that make the use of the system easy to use and maintain. For recording 24/7, the cloud (at various subscription rates) would be the preferred route, as I only record at night time the SD card ( I have installed 128gb) route is more than adequate. The plastic build of the camera/s is tough enough to withstand heavy-handedness and clumsy falls. The wide-angle lens delivers a sharp, crystal-clear image, even in SD mode (and in the dark). Night vision mode (B&W) is as clear as day and even picks out moths in great detail! The camera/s can be mounted upright, upside down, and sideways on using supplied hard or sticky fixings, and can be turned in any desired direction, great for those awkward areas that need to be monitored. Customer service is one of the best customer services that I have dealt with and can be contacted via live messaging from the app. There is no being passed from number to number and advisor to advisor, the process is quick, direct and jolly helpful. In conclusion, I am very happy with my Owltron indoor cameras. Having tried many other cameras, these are by far the best and at such a good price. They are of very good quality, providing a very clear image and, come stacked with operational features that should satisfy most, if not all, security requirements.

Brilliant but unfortunate
Bought the cameras for a great deal.Setup was super easy; was a case of plug in and follow a couple steps on the app.Once connected via WiFi, the camera quality was great, both daytime and nighttimeâs with good sound quality to match. Decent functionality too.Unfortunately, when trying to use it away from home using mobile data, it wouldnât connect.Customer Service were absolutely brilliant, probably the best Iâve had to deal with. Tried everything possible to no avail but offered a refund in the end.

Super clear picture and easy to set up!
I was pleasantly suprised with how easy the cameras were to set up and the picture is so clear, I have one facing out my window looking towards my car and another in the kitchen keeping an eye on the back garden, I bought 128gb SD cards from Amazons own brand and they work perfect in the devices and I donât need cloud storage. So impressed with these little cameras and the peace of mind they give me. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting an indoor camera! They are so good at detecting motion even when itâs from far away and you wouldnât think it would pick it up, it does! The camera watching my car notices everything and alerts me but not in an annoying way, I think these cameras are great thanks so much! 2025 edit: theses cameras donât miss a trick, I also have igeek cameras and these owltrons beat them hands down, I wish Owltron did a doorbell and outside camera, I adjust the settings on these so they can look outside and they record continuously so I know absolutely everything gets recorded I have relied upon these as evidence when a group was right trying to get steal my car. The cameras recorded to joke scenario whereas my doorbells always fail when there is something worth recording. Spot on Owltron. Thankyou!

These have worked very well and allow us to monitor while at work. Clear image in day and night and decent connection speed. Would recommend.Update: had an issue with 1 of my 6 cameras and customer service was amazing! They were quick to respond and help me out and offered a great compromise when it couldn’t be fixed. I got a recommendation for the camera from a friend. For me it did not worked as I expected. It was not recording automatically when there was a movement or sound. I had to press the button to record it.I was trying for a couple of days with their awesome support by email to make it work but it did not work.If The need is just to watch and look the video when the alarm is triggered, it is fine. Awesome video quality. But for me, it should record automatically , and me and support team could not make it work.It has a very very good support team and they try all their best to assist me. I really appreciated that.

Good night vision. Got these to watch my cats. The audio is not good at all. I can’t hear much through the app and talking through the camera is okay.
