Für unsere Kühlerumbauten benötigten wir Halter für die alternativen Lüfter und wurden hier fündig. Namhafte Motorradhersteller montieren ihre Lüfter an den Motorrädern so, also sollte das auch bei einem Umbau funktionieren…Das Durchführen der “Zahnstifte” ist fummelig und man sollte die Position gleich treffen. Wieder rausziehen und umpositionieren macht die Lamellen unansehnlich. Die “Zahnstifte” sind natürlich erstmal lang, damit man sie bei möglichst vielen Montagesituationen einsetzen kann. An einem Motorrad sind sie aber viel zu lange… das Einfädeln der Riegelplatten war nach dem kürzen wieder ein Geduldsspiel. An einigen der Riegelplatten waren die Raster nicht richtig im Guss ausgebildet, weswegen sie den Federdruck der mitgelieferten Federn garnicht halten. Es sind ja mehrere Riegelplatten dabei, und einer hält dann schon, aber es macht den kit nicht vollumfänglich nutzbar.Am Ende funktionierte alles, aber ob man sich das nochmal kauft überlegen wir uns noch…

Halteplatten rasten nicht dauerhaft ein! Nur bedingt zu empfehlen. In einem Auto würde ich das nicht einbauen!

Installed these ties on a motorcycle radiator/fan. About 24 hours later without any riding, just some idling, they completely came loose on their own.
