This cage-like holder is a sturdy protector of the 3rd generation Echo Dot on a flat surface.
Easy to assemble and fit. Instructions not included.Over priced, but very useful. Now the Dot doesn’t take up all of it’s own space on a table – something can sit on top of it without distorting the sound quality or obscuring the clock face.And the dot doesnât get burried under all the clutter. Nice idea
I like the design and for some reason the white base mounted on a light colour wall works great, dark walls not so much as the ring effect works better on lighter walls. Sound from echo works great when mounted on cavity walls. Canât speak for brick solid walls. I have two one with a black echo and one with a white echo and again the white echo just looks so much nicer on the transparent acrylic. Top can get loose as just clips into place by twisting it on. Mounts easy enough. Price a little steep for what it is so if you can get it on special I would say buy. Better than other mounts but not as good as in wall mounting, againâ¦hollow walls. Looks especially nice in the dark. Recommended.

Good, shape was different.
First one arrived with a defect chip to top acrylic so sent back, second one arrived with a ROUND top as opposed to a rounded square like the base but it looks fine so I’ve kept it. Quality is good, if you don’t mind a top shape change. Acrylic top edge lights up nicely. It’s pretty nice as a little stand.
