Excellent video quality and battery life
This is a wonderful product, very good value for money. It is pretty easy to install, with very simple and clear instructions. The video quality is clear day and night. I can not only see who is at my door but who ever walks past my house. The Chime is loud, I can hear it anywhere I am in the house and I feel safer in my house with this added security. Battery life is very good and the App will let you know when the battery needs charging, I have had my bell well over a month and the battery life is still over half.

Good clear vision and sound
Fantastic doorbell and much cheaper than others. Very easy to set up and attach it to the door frame. You have the choice of sticking it on or screwing it in. It sets up to ur iPhone and when someone comes to ur door it sends you a notification even if you don’t want to look on your app to see who it is.The speech is very clear both from the person at home and from the visitor. The video is really clear, even in the darkOverall it’s a great camera doorbell.

Great video doorbell
I bought this video doorbell over a Ring one because I didn’t want to pay a subscription as ring does, plus I can use a sd card in the doorbell instead which is much better and don’t need a subscription or use the cloud part. The good reviews really helped me make my decision as this is what I base any purchase on amazon.Having seen my parents ring doorbell against this one the field of view is slightly less than the Ring but not by much at all. It picks up movement great and I’m only using it on level 3 or default values. The doorbell is located in a enclosed landing my flat is on so wouldn’t be picking up anything from outside. I have the image quality set to auto which is very clear but even on sd quality it’s good (this would save battery power).The only drawback would be how long the battery lasts. I’ve only y had it one day so cannot comment to much on this yet. I do have it set to power saving mode and collect 10 seconds of video at a time which is just about sufficient for now but I may increase this. The connection to the WiFi is strong.I have inserted a 16gb sd card I had laying about and after the doorbell has formatted it, this hasn’t been used much atall.The Morecam app once downloaded is easy to set the doorbell up with and pair with the doorchime. I would say the app is not difficult to navigate but could be refined in places but there lots of options to select.So far I haven’t been able to have notifications of movement pop up on my phone when I don’t have the app open (but in contact with the customer service) but when I have the app open I get notifications of movement ok. The notification of the doorbell being pressed comes up good.It’s obviously larger than a ring doorbell because it has the internal battery but still not huge.I went with the J10 adjustable version over the fixed one which is much better to get the exact angle I needed for my purposes.The customer service is extremely good and can be contacted via WhatsApp which is how I prefer and get good quick replies to anything.All in all I’m very impressed with this doorbell and pleased I bought it.EDIT.. I can get the notifications now after reinstalling the app and using Cloudedge for the capture. The battery is still going strong at 62% and hasn’t be recharged yet at 2 weeks in. As it’s enclosed porch it doesn’t get much outside movement as I stated before do helps with the battery life. But I’m very pleased.

Smart Doorbell Without Subscription
This was a replacement for an old smart doorbell. When I found this, I was really pleased that a subscription was not required and any recordings can be saved to an SD card. Easy to set up. Any movement in the adjustable PIR area, sends a notification to your mobile. Video quality and still quality are great. So pleased I brought this. Oh forgot to mention that this comes with a portable chime box.

I purchased this XTU doorbell on Amazon prime for a fab offer priceI wanted to go subscription free from previous doorbellI have genuinely been very impressed with this XTU doorbellWhat I like is the style of it and quality of it,I like the app which is needed to use the camera via my iPhone, the app has lots of details and is very user friendly and responsiveI connected the camera doorbell via my by home hub straight away via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to my IphoneThe great thing is my old camera struggled with Wi-FiThis one doesnât itâs at 75% and itâs located outside⦠great!!!The picture quality is fab as itâs in 2k HD and I can pick out details (see photos) also great at nightYou can set a area so that it records within that area so ensure neighbours privacyIt has a battery powered chime thatâs small but loud enough and no need to plug it in so you can carry it around in the house if you are awaiting delivery etcItâs been a few days now and the batteryIs still at 100%It has built in PIR and you can get Ai for a small subscription.The fitting was simple I chose side of door as I have new composite doors (see pics) it has a multiple angle bracket so that you can move side to side a great feature that my other camera didnât have.I chose micro SD card which I bought separately however it has basic cloud storage included larger storage is a small subscriptionIn summaryLoads of technology, no wires or cablesSimple set up comes with easy to follow instructions, stylish and well designed great customer communication from the Morecam people as I would like another couple of chimes as itâs a big houseBest of all no subscription fees to recordExcellent price on Amazon Prime of course free delivery within 24 hours and well packagedIâm about to buy another one for my sons home for Christmas
