AVOID THIS SUPPLIER
Purchased this in January 2024.Item was fine for three or four months and then stopped working.Office refurbed equipment is always a risky purchase – they have likely been in use all day, every day, for years on end so they are a potential breakdown waiting to happen.I was not worried as these items are covered by Amazon’s Renewed product guarantee which means that defective items within the 12 month guarantee period can be returned free of charge for refund or replacement.This supplier flatly refused to cover the cost of the return as per the terms of the guarantee – the cost of returning a heavy monitor would have cost a large proportion of the original cost.Thankfully, Amazon stepped in and fully refunded me immediately.I am not put off buying renewed products from Amazon because of their guarantee but its pot luck as to how any given supplier reacts to problems and their willingness to honor their commitment under the guarantee.Avoid this supplier and try one of several others who hopefully will be more reliable and trustworthy.

Best budget monitor
Bought this when I upgraded from laptop to desktop PC.Light years ahead of anything else this price. It is an amazing budget monitor, it is quite big and is a great fit for big resolutions. The overall picture quality is brilliant, HD at least. It is easy to use and is the best monitor I have ever got.

Day 2: And all working well.Picture quality is decent enough as a second screen, worked straight from the (well packaged) box. You do need to bear in mind that these monitors are seconds and that they will most probably come with the odd scuff/mark etc, but also bear in mind this doesn’t affect the picture/screen quality. I was told I had no choice in what brand was sent, but have to say I was pleased with the Hewitt Packard sent. Came with power lead and the VGA lead.Overall given the price……..A happy Customer.

Got this as I needed a screen for my laptop and didn’t need anything fancy. But it keeps switching of after a while and the picture quality goes.
