The keyboard/mouse cannot connect to your device
1.Ensure that the keyboard/mouse is fully charged.
2.Confirm that the keyboard/mouse is in the correct mode.
3.Delete the keyboard/mouse’s Bluetooth pairing from your device’s Bluetooth listing.
4.Repair the keyboard/mouse with your device.
Some keyboard keys do not work / Keyboard keys have typing delay / Keyboard keys repeat typing:
1. Ensure that the keyboard is fully charged.
2. Delete the keyboard’s Bluetooth connection from your computer’s Bluetooth connection history. After deleting the Bluetooth connection, restart your computer.
3. Re-pair the keyboard with your computer
How to Use Multimedia or F1-F12 function?
FN-Lock key makes it easy to switch between F-keys and Media keys by pressing Fn+Esc. The Bluetooth keyboard comes preconfigured with multimedia functions. Press Fn+ESC key to activate the FN functions, you can perform F1 ~ F12 functions
How long does it take for the keyboard backlight to automatically turn off if not in use?
If the keyboard is not in use for 2 minutes, the backlight will automatically turn off and can be awakened by pressing any key.
Is the bluetooth keyboard compatible with windows system ou iOS and Windows dual systems?
Actually our wireless keyboard is keyboard for mac. The bluetooth keyboard is compatible with Mac OS 10.12 and above. If your Mac has iOS and Windows dual systems, it is also not recommended to use this keyboard, There may be compatibility issues.

Finally, I got the keyboard I wanted. I kept spilling liquids on my MacBook Pro so bought it a stand. Then I needed a keyboard under it. I tried a couple but missed the details. This one uses bluetooth, not the little dongles. It lights up not only next to the keys but the key letters themselves. It’s perfect. There is no significant clicking when I type – just enough to know that I successfully typed. The key resistance is perfect – easy to type but not too hard. It’s a very Apple appropriate product – great UI and great UX.

The keyboard in this set is chefâs kiss. It nails the Apple-inspired look, connects seamlessly over Bluetooth (can connect up to 3 different devices via bluetooth), and the typing experience? Incredible. The keys feel soft and quiet, honestly like pressing little gel pillows. Itâs hands-down one of the best-feeling keyboards Iâve used.Itâs sturdy but not brick-heavy, with just the right amount of weight to feel high quality. Backlighting looks great at night, and during the day, I just turn it off and it still looks super clean. USB-C charging is a big plus too.Mouse has same nice click, unfortunately it’s not standard shape, rather flat, which is why I am only using the keyboard. They act as separate so no biggie.Still giving it 5 stars, no question. The keyboard is that good. Honestly feels like a hidden gem.

This keyboard is actually quiet. I’ve returned several that claimed they where silent, and in fact where not. This keyboard and mouse are silent, with Bluetooth connection. they connected easily and I’ve had no issues at all.Very well made and feels very durable. I really love this product and would recommend buying this to a friend.I’ve had no lag with the keyboard, or with mouse. Mouse connected very easily. As did the keyboard. Battery life seems to be long lasting, so far. with both mouse and keyboard. Mouse functioned a bit slow, but that was easily changed in my computer settings.Keyboard keys are beautifully back lit with a white light. 3 light settings, from low to high, and all 3 are light enough to see the keys in the dark.Lastly, the product was very well packaged in a nice box. No damage was done in shipping. no tape to cut, just easily opened and used. just turn it on, unless it needs to be charged of course. Mine had a charge and connected right away.Hope this helps!
