Great Value
I bought this mainly for the 5.1 audio output (SPDIF/IEC958: Optical). There are few of these android boxes support this output. I have connected it to a 5.1 home cinema system and HD projector. I’m very impressed with the surround sound and quality of the image on a 100″ screen. I’m not an expert by any means but watching movies with the kids on Amazon/Netflix gets no complaints. I sometimes get audio/video lag, but I think the problem is with my home cinema system rather than this little box. The remote is a bit fiddly to use, but I’ve just about got used to it. I’ve had it 6 months now and very happy with it. For the price (cheaper than a firestick) it’s a cracking little gadget

Super impressive and stupid cheap!
Very happy. this little device has basically turned my smart TV into a massive mobile phone. It loads super fast even using my mobile tether till my WiFi is installed. All the apps you will need, can side load more like mobdro, cinemaHd. My advice is to buy a keyboard or gaming controller as typing is a pain in the rear end, very loud also when pressing buttons. Now I have bought this I do not need an aerial so no need for tv license I hope. It arrived super fast, it taken longer to open the box than to install it. Literally plug it in set up WiFi and you’re done. Very happy, £25 is less than sky, Netflix, BT, and on this little devices you can have it all for a one off payment and your WiFi. I can’t believe I’d never heard of an android box before. Its perfect.

Tech Personâs perspective for Firestick replacement 🙁 – POOR!
So I wanted to get myself a 4K Firestick to sideload a streaming service onto it. But I got this instead and thought Iâd take a âPuntâ. Comfortable that Iâd be able to configure it well, whilst at half the price! Sure I could get it working! BUTâ¦Itâs slow! The Wi-Fi internet connection speed is also very poor (yes Iâm fairly close to the router yes Iâve speed tested speeds on several devices, yes I was the usual distance away). The processing speeds on this thing are like? Dial up internet vs Fibre cable. Itâs just sluggish!Within the google store itâs awful, the download and install speeds are also much slower than you should expect.The remote is cheap (didnât mind) the unit is – well, put it like this, Iâll bin it and buy a product that is better suited. It will work, but itâs really really not as fast as it should be.Iâd avoid it and spend the extra.

Great At It’s Job!!
Owning a 4K Android Smart TV for the past 3 years or so it can struggle on odd occasions. By far the cheapest option was a separate android box. Buying this as it can connect to the internet via ethernet cable as well as the larger Hard Drive I can stream tv and VOD through the box instead of my TV with no slowdown due to WiFi. It is very very easy to navigate even for complete novices!! As a stand alone box it’s lacking compared to “brand name” products…However as a secondary box alongside a TV or other unit it’s amazing!ð

Perfect Box
I was in need of a new box and so many to choose from but I made a good choice as this box was perfect. A nice design on the outside and also good size too.I downloaded an app I needed prior to delivery but when I installed it I foundy app was already on the box so that saved me a job.Worked fine and so up to date with all the functions compare to my older model.Recommend this to anyone starting out first time with one of these.

I love the size of this little thing and it makes it perfect to take with you when travelling. I have in the past used this in hotels and simply connected it to my phones hotspot.The picture quality is great, the remote works well, (Iâd suggest buying the keyboard) it loads fast and youâre able to download other apps within it such as Netflix and YouTube.Itâs long lasting, well packed and good quality. Iâve had mine for a while now and have run into no issues.
