Ordered this for a technophobe for xmas and was impressed at how easily he set it up and he was very impressed by its features. It keeps track of stress levels, heart rate and activity level. He was especially impressed by the sleep tracker and the amount of deep sleep that he is getting, as has been feeling tired and now knows why. Seems to hold charge well and comes with a cute little charger. Great gadget at a fantastic price.

Very impressed! Great battery life and good price
I mainly got this because wearing a smartwatch isn’t very comfortable in the night and needs charging everyday.This ring has a very good battery life even with all-day heart monitoring on which is what I wanted and the sleep detection is really good and can detect if you have woken up in the night and gone back to sleep again.It doesn’t take very long to charge using the supplied magnetic charging cable with USB. It’s waterproof too so I don’t have to worry about taking it off if I’m doing the washing up or having a shower. I like seeing how long it took me to fall asleep and how many times I woke up in the night, the amount of deep sleep I had is useful to know and I can see if I had any heart rate increases during the night which is quite a reassuring to see.Considering a well-known brand smart ring costs about 400 quid, getting this for less than 20 quid for the same features that I wanted is amazing.The ring fits well, they have a few sizes available. It was quite easy to choose the right diameter.I’m happy with my purchase.

I’m really impressed with this ring. It’s bigger than a normal ring due to the tech inside it, but I don’t mind as I prefer it to wearing a smart watch. It tracks blood oxygen levels, steps, HRV, sleep and stress levels! I wanted it to track my oxygen levels at night due to a suspicion of sleep apnea and it’s been amazing. Well worth the money. Just remember to turn on each tracker to continuous monitoring (every half hour).*Update* – not for anyone with nickel sensitivity as the charging port must be an alloy and has caught itchy spots. Such a shame.

Quick ship, package was thin plastic envelop.Very difficult to connect because what is name of the RING.AnywayCould not count steps.Other options I could not compare to other device.In facts I have smartwatch but thinking to skip from smartwatch but…Do not know what is solution.Review updated on 07/11/2024No response of the seller.Lights blinking green and sometimes red without any reason.Pedometer is not working correctly. Walked so much but always under 4000 steps.Some options does not working.Never recommend to anybody.
