***Warmly Tips***
1. For iPhone/iPad: Need to download “Hi Pro” App in App Store. For Android/PC/Laptop: Not Need to download any App.
2. If you have a lot of photos, videos and files to backup and transfer we recommend using the one-click backup function of the iPhone picture drive. Also make sure your phone battery is fully charged to prevent your phone from automatically shutting down during the backup process. Do not unplug the iPhone flash drive stick during use, otherwise the file will be damaged, the data will be read repeatedly, and the iPhone flash storage will be unusable.
3. The 128GB photo stick can be formatted on the iPhone, and the 256GB and 512GB photo sticks need to be formatted on the computer. Please do select the default exFAT format when format the iPhone photo stick if in need.
Do not format your Android phone to NTFS format, it will cause the USB C storage flash drive not to be recognized.
4. If there is poor contact, please make sure that the thickness of the phone case cannot exceed 5mm. Please clean the interface of the external drive for iPhone and the interface of the mobile device clean.
5. You are not able to transfer iTunes Music or other third-party App to the USB storage for iPhone as they are DRM (Digital Rights Management) Protected.

I have a lot of music files that I need to email/whatsapp or message out from my phone.. I now have all my files backed up from the computer and can access them on my phone as required without clogging up my phone memory⦠very useful. The key ring that comes with it is strong and easy to use, so the memory stick just clips on my key ring when I need to have it with me.. It comes with little covers for the swivelling ports, but they fall off and get lost too easily, sadly – good idea but they need to sit more firmly on the port to prevent them falling off to be truly useful

Handy device to have
This is a great little device; the best part is that it allows me to transfer photos, videos, music, documents, as well as backup my phone and contacts. Photos saved on an iPhone/iPad, for example, can be easily transferred to a PC/Mac and the same applies for Android devices. To use the product on an iPhone, you must first download the app. I wasn’t expecting this and assumed it would work from the files app on my iPhone, however the Hi Pro app is simple to use. The main functions are: transferring, backing up, and recording/taking photos directly from a device onto the stick: if you run out of memory, plug it in and video directly to the memory stick. On each end, there are two connectors a USB C connections and lighting. I frequently transfer files from the stick to my MacBook Pro, which doesn’t require any software download to use. Overall, a fantastic little gadget. It’s small enough to fit on my keychain, has a large storage capacity, and transfers data quickly. If you’re using the product with an Android device, make sure it has an OTG feature; this does not apply to Apple devices.

Unreliable
I have transferred file successfully and theyâve played a few times. However, going back a few days later youâll find that the files are readable. Once again I transfer them onto the stick and they play okay. It is not the same files Iâm transferring and it is random. Therefore, the reliability of this stick is not good. You could end up losing precious files fortunately I kept the original back up. It is impossible to update the software that you need to use this on an iPhone or iPad. There is no support from the developer. Wouldnât recommend.

La clé USB et son application apportent un réel confort d’utilisation et un sentiment de sécurité qui avait disparu, malgré les tentatives d’autres fabricants, dont des marques connues comme Sandisk qui ont magistralement loupé le coche. Le stockage et la sauvegarde sur iphone et iPad sont impérieusement nécessaires, sans passer obligatoirement par iCloud ou un autre fournisseur de stockage en ligne.J’avoue avoir douté avant d’acheter après de mauvaises expériences mais grâce cette clé, je retrouve enfin les fonctionnalités qui me paraissent essentielles pour sauvegarder et travailler en parallèle aussi sur Mac ou PC.
