SONOFF SNZB-06 Zigbee Human presence sensor, based on 5.8GHz microwave radar, detects movement or stationary person, it can detect the tiniest movement, even breathing and heartbeat, and seamlessly light up your space with intelligent radar. SNZB-06P built-in light detector ensures that lights are activated only when a presence is detected in dark environments, helping you save energy.
SONOFF SNZB-06P is compatible with multiple Zigbee hubs, such as SONOFF NSPanel Pro, SONOFF iHost, SONOFF ZB Bridge Pro, SONOFF ZBDongle-E, SONOFF ZBDongle-P and Echo Plus 2nd…expanding the possibilities for your home automation system. *For optimal compatibility, SONOFF SNZB-06P may appear as a motion sensor on certain platforms, but it retains the functionality of a human presence sensor.
With Local smart scene, scene linkage between Zigbee devices can be executed normally even if the network is disconnected. This ensures that your smart home remains functional and responsive at all times.
SNZB-06P supports multiple platforms, including Alexa, Google Home, Smartthings, Alice, IFTTT, and Home Assistant. This broad compatibility allows you to tailor your smart home experience to your preferred ecosystem, ensuring that you have the flexibility to choose the platforms that work best for you.
Besides, SNZB-06P has three levels of sensitivity, up to 4m(13 feet) detection distance. And it has multiple installation options, like magnetic attraction, stick with 3M Adhesive or screw, you can put it anywhere you need.

Customers say
Customers find the motion sensor to be a budget-friendly solution with a discrete design and small size. The device is easy to set up and connect. However, the functionality and motion detection receive mixed feedback, with some saying it works well while others report it fails after three months and doesn’t always detect movement. Moreover, connectivity issues are significant, with customers reporting the device keeps losing connection. Battery life also receives mixed reviews, with some finding it good while others say it’s battery hungry.

Great motion sensors
I use a few of the SONOFF SNZB-03 motion sensors and I think they are great. I have a few different brands of motion sensors and whist some of the others have additional features, these do the job as intended just fine. These sensors are as responsive as any other Zigbee sensors I have and were detected/setup in Zigbee2MQTT in Home Assistant without any problems. Been using them for a few months now and the battery life seems good. I think these are great value sensors with great performance. Recommended.

Can be Tempromental
I have had 3 of these motion detectors now around all my house. 2 of them work no problem, but 1 of them (the one closest to my Zigbee 3.0 USB plus-E) is very temperamental. It will sometimes work perfectly. However, at least half the time, it does not work and is stuck on either clear state or detected state. Thankfully it is not essential to my smart home, but is quite frustrating as I never know if it is going to work or not.

Excellent for Smart Home Automation
I use the ZigBee Motion Sensors with Home Assistant to toggle lights on and off. They work perfectly and have helped me save on my energy bills. Highly recommended for anyone looking to automate their home lighting efficiently!

Great when they work. Extremely annoying when they don’t!
I purchased the 2 pack of the v3 sensors after having other sonoff products which work flawlessly (although these are hard wired). I purchased the hub pro and these motion sensors to automate a new light installed on the stairs.1 placed at the top of the stairs and one at the bottom. 1 of them works ok most of the time, the other keeps on losing it’s connection, requiring either a battery remove to restart or a full reset to re-add it to the bridge. The battery on this one is showing as low after 2 days of use so seems faulty to me.I was hoping to use more of these for various home automations but may need to reevaluate and check out other brands. Not very happy with these so far but may try tinkering to see whether it’s my current setup (although I can’t see how one works and the other loses connection despite both being only 2 meters away from each other!)

Very Impressive performance
This device seems very good at detecting breathing movements, so is very impressive with regard to detecting human presence. If you are sleeping with your back to it, it does not always detect the movement, which is a shame, so I might have to be careful with the positioning.

works more often than not
Not 100% reliable, but acceptable in its performance. It does have a tendancy to not detect presence particularily quickly, and will often eventually state no occupancy when there is someone present, especially for long durations. For the price and my particular application I accept its shortfalls, however if you intend or need something that must be 100% reliable probably better to go for the aqara fp2 which is around 3 times the price of this sensor, but it will be 3 times more reliable

Affordable and effective
These SONOFF SNZB-03 Zigbee motion sensors are super easy to install and very accurate. As a budget-friendly solution for those seeking to add motion detection capabilities to their smart home setup, you can’t go wrong with these!

Limited features in HA but it works
In my up to date version of Home Assistant it was easy to set up but is quite limited on the entities you can use. It has Light/Dark and Detected/Clear (you can include the radio strength indicators too), but that is it. So there are no zones that you can set up to do different things from the same device. Nor can you use distance or lux levels. It also has to be USB powered. It does work very well though and detects small movements, so I’ve given it 4 stars. It’s better than a PIR, but features are slightly worse as you can’t use lux levels.

These are by far the best Zigbee motion sensors. Using these throughout the house with zigbee2mqtt.They’re lightweight which makes them easy to just non destructively mount to your ceiling using some blutack / poster buddies. They’re small which makes them disappear into your interior. To get an even better angle I 3D printed some angled mounts to have these in the corner facing the room diagionally. My only wish is that they would not always display the red light when motion is detected. This makes them not suited to mount in a dark bedroom.

Muito lento e não identifica bem a presença nos ambientes.

These little Motion Sensors are beyond expectations and work flawlessly and were easy to install via the eWeLink app and went quickly. They fulfill the functions I was looking for and another advantage is their size, which, unlike many others, is much smaller, which means that they blend in with the surroundings in a better way than other Motion Sensors that I have at home. The only thing I would like is that there was a bracket for these so that you could screw them in place instead of the double-sided tape that comes with it, as this risks releasing ether for a while and then causing the sensor to fall down, which can then mean that it breaks if it is mounted high up on a wall or on a ceiling.I have solved it with a Sonoff SNZB-03 Motion Sensor Holder printed in my 3D printer and files for this can be found on thingiverse but as I said not everyone has access to their own 3D printer so it would be good if Sonoff took it up and sent it with an attachment in the package.Otherwise, I recommend this product to those of you who are looking for a small and flexible motion sensor.

I’ve been using these for over a year now with home assistant. They are great, but hard to setup correctly. Fans, cloths driers, or close distance between 2 of these will set them off. Once you have the latest firmware and figure out the best placement they are great!
