Good item but beware Mouse & Keyboard substitutions
Great item , however be aware they take full advantage of the small print which says âaccessories MAY not be originalâ . In other words they strip out the Apple keyboard and Mouse and replace them with really poor quality set for £8 (on eBay) .The computer itself is very good though.Additional: the Flash HDD was not formatted correctly to combine with HDD . I had to research how to do this at machine level. It took some doing but worked eventually.

Pleasantly surprised!
I’m an ex IT Mac engineer and so I was always sceptical about buying non-brand new computer equipment knowing how they can go wrong after a time. But my old iMac died and I urgently needed a replacement. I chose a iMac model spec that would see me good for a few years with OSX Apple updates, plus I took out extended warranty so I should be good for a few years. I transferred all my backed up data via Time Machine to this model and all went well apart from a couple applications which were not compatible due to an older OS on my old iMac. But I’ve had Mac for a couple months now and all is working fine. Much faster, doesn’t overheat, no issues to stop me getting on with my work. Finger crossed this continues. Else, knowing I have insurance warranty, if anything goes wrong I’ll get a replacement. Everything in box looked brand new. Recommend getting refurb from this supplier.

Save yourself months of headache
Deplorable product and customer service. I had to buy an external SSD to compensate for the failure of the seller to provide a functioning computer, which Iâm still paying in instalments! It affected my work significantly as functionality was not provided. When I received the product there was a password set and I had to guess to be able to access and set up the computer, so setup is not straightforward/clear. Value for money is nonexistent for the reasons I mentioned above, I was sent a defective product and had to go through a lot of back and forth to finally be refunded. And Amazon had to be the one to decide to refund me, not the seller, which I find extremely unethical since they sent me a defective product and had proof of it. The looks are deceptive since you get an almost pristine looking product but the catch is in what you cannot see, in the system/processor itself. I thought it was scratch resistance but when I returned it, the seller claimed they received it with a cracked screen, so that means itâs not scratch resistance. If you want a straightforward, hassle- free purchase experience and a fast functioning machine, this is not the one for you.

No magic keyboard and mouse
The iMac itself was clean and well packed. It survived the punching damage to the box. However I was disappointed to see that they have provided a cheap generic keyboard and mouse. I was expecting magic keyboard and mouse as described in the listing.

We have recently moved to a house with no WiFi, I paid £726 for what I was told was a 2019 iMac in âas newâ condition. And today Openreach installed high speed fibre broadband. Our iPhones and iPads connected immediately, no problem. The iMac wouldnât connect, and after Iâd wasted a day trying. I spent a few hours on the phone to Apple. It turned out that the Mac was configured to NOT connect to WiFi. So much for being in âas newâ condition. Itâs on its way back.My recommendation is to buy new from Apple. You will get a guarantee and full service and support. Or buy an ordinary laptop for a fraction of the price.So much for trying to reduce waste by buying a refurbished item, I wonât do that again.

Avevo perso per nell’alluvione uno dei miei Mac, ho acquistato questo iMac 21,5 ricondizionato. Avevo visto che veniva dalla GB e quindi settato in inglese, ma avendo esperienza con i Mac ho rifatto le varie configurazioni ed oggi è aggiornato all’ultimo IOS e funziona perfettamente, arrivato in buone condizioni nei tempi indicati e ben confezionato.Credo aver fatto un buon acquisto.
