Excellent condition means nothing. The keyboard doesn’t work, I can’t even type my email address in to set the laptop up. Plus it’s scratched down the side very visibly! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Very slim, lightweight refurbished laptop in good condition
This is a really nice, slim, light laptop which was advertised in ‘Good’ condition; this basically turns out to cover a tiny dent in the lid, which doesn’t seem to be a problem. Packaged well, arrived in 2 days, came with a power cable. The specs on this laptop don’t support it being a powerhouse gaming PC but it’ll do great for web browsing, Office stuff, etc. The keyboard is nice to type on although it’s not backlit, my only gripe. Because it’s a laptop from 2019 it did take five hours or so to update, but, you know, fine. Very happy with the purchase.

Keyboard keys not working properly. Have to press multiple times for some keys to register. Everything else worked fine.

Decent laptop however,The material gets extremely dirty very quickly from fingerprints and it is very visibleAdvertised as excellent condition and having no scratches visible from 30cm away, however the cover has scratches visible from 3m away making it look damaged

One month I have had this laptop and it is already showing signs of screen age. I have used it very very little and there are multiple lines down the screen.So disappointed and let down by this product.Do not buy !!

The specs on my model *were better* then in the description, which was rare, or maybe they sent me the wrong refurbed model (who knows). But I’ve made for about a year now, and it’s worked fine… it was a replacement for a Chromebook, and the i7 processor, 16GB RAM, etc. all have been notable upgrades.It’s making me look into a newer Surface as a ‘at-home’ computer, alongside some other performance lines from different designers and manufacturers. I’ve had critique of Microsoft over the years, but I’m happy to have been wrong with this purchase… no issues, maybe with a bit of overheating, but when you sit it on a cooling pad or device, it becomes resolved pretty quickly.All in all, a year later, I find it pretty solid.
