1. Cut off the power of circuit breaker.
2. Install the wire from your 24 volt adapter to the “C” terminal and the other wire to the “RC” terminal. You need to use included jumper and connect from “RH” to “RC” terminals，if HVAC system has a cooling.
3. Plug the power adapter into the socket and turn on the power of the circuit breaker.
4. Install the panel on the thermostat.

Working with an Aqara G4 doorbell/camera just fine
Reviewed August 2024:Just installed and Aqara G4 doorbell/camera and used this for the power supply.I can conform it works perfectly well, obviously cannot comment on the longevity, but I’ll report back if there are any problems.Its a case of plug in, connect up and power on. It either works or doesn’t and in my case its totally as expected.Cable length was as specified. I didn’t measure it, but I had to much, so trimmed off the excess.Hopefully won’t need to be another one!

Perfect for Eufy Doorbell
We got fed up with having to remove the Eufy doorbell to recharge it and this has proved to be the perfect solution. The cable is really long sturdy but thin and fed through a small hole drilled in the door frame behind the doorbell. I cut off the end and connected the bared wires to the Eufy. The 5m cable made it easy to reach a socket and the pack contained clips to pin the cable to the skirting board.

Unreliable
The first one I purchased did not last a week and the 24 volt output failed. As the unit was a sealed unit I could not check if there was an internal fuse that had blown. So I returned it and ordered a new one, that has been installed for just over a day and is still working.

Works for my Eufy E340 camera
It’s a fairly cheap product and whilst I didn’t install it myself, an electrician had no trouble installing that for meIt very neatly sits not that far away from the camera. This wired solution is also preferable to battery only given it means I never have to charge it nowIt’s reasonably priced and does the job well
