An excellent cable but not marked with the power rating.
This is a solidly made USB C to USB C cable with plastic bodied plugs and a very thick braided cable.Itâs rated at 240 Watts but I donât have anything requiring that amount of power. It worked well charging my laptop which needs 90 Watts.The only issue, which has led me to knock one star off my rating, is that the plugs are not marked with the power rating.

My WFH setup is perfect but my phone charger cable was just too short to reach where I needed it to be to fit in nicely.I saw that this was long enough and that the cable was a braided sturdy cable so I went with this one.Charging speeds are perfect as I can still take advantage of my phones fast charging capabilities aswell as use it to charge my laptop too.I was a bit dubious of the price being so low, though I can admit its better than some of the branded cable suppliers so Im very pleased with that.

A quality USB C ended cable.
The cable is packaged in a zip top bag printed with instructions and general usage warnings. Inside the cable is coiled around a cardboard spool.The cable is 2m (79″) long and has a white woven casing, and is quite thick, around 5mm diameter. The ends are both male USB ‘C’, white and are of a slim rounded design.I have used the cable with my Samsung phone and Samsung charging adaptor, and it indicates that the phone is ‘Super fast charging’, so the cable is capable of transmitting the higher Wattage stated. The cable has a two year warranty.In conclusion a nice product, good quality, robust and a handy length. The light colour does tend to make the lead look grubby quickly, which is not helped by the rough texture. Compatible with a large variety of makes and types of modern electronic goods.Overall a nice looking cable priced at £8.99 (when I received mine). I cannot find other cables of similar capacity to compare the price with. 5 out of 5. A very handy high capacity cable.

Solid fast charging cable with great length but could use more flexibility
I bought this cable to replace a worn-out one that came with my MacBook Pro and also wanted something that could handle charging my iPad and phone without juggling different cords. The 240W rating caught my eye, especially for making the most out of fast charging with bigger devices like laptops and tablets.The first thing I noticed is the build quality. Itâs thicker than your average phone cable and feels sturdy, which gives confidence it wonât fray or split anytime soon. The connectors slot in firmly and thereâs no wobble, which is important when itâs going to be used across multiple devices throughout the day.Charging performance has been excellent. It powers my MacBook without slowing down even when Iâm using it heavily, and itâs noticeably faster when used with my iPad Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Having one cable that handles everything from a laptop to a phone is really convenient, especially when travelling or working away from home.The 2 metre length is perfect. It reaches across the desk or bed without having to rearrange everything, and it makes charging while using the device much easier. That said, the cable is a bit stiff, so it doesnât coil up or move around quite as easily as more flexible cables. This isnât a huge problem, but it does make it less ideal for portable use where space and flexibility matter.Overall, it’s a strong performer with proper high-wattage support and reliable charging. Just be aware that the durability comes with a bit of extra bulk and rigidity.
