I love it- for migraine.
Easy to use and accommodates my huge head, two packs so I can swap and freeze one while using the other (but I would like more and might order more) and doesn’t block my eyes in use so I can still basically operate with it on (unlike the caps) and getting some relief. Also worked during hot weather to cool me down and give relief there too.Seems good quality, but the mesh against your skin is quite thin so if the pack is too cold it can be too much- I use a Buff type headwear underneath to soften that, then take it off as it gets less cold.Well worth it.

Great for short-term relief
I find this incredibly soothing, albeit for a limited period of time. But anyone who suffers frequent severe headaches will know that half an hour to an hours relief is worth way more than the cost of this product. And you can wear it sitting or standing up, should you wish to, without it slipping off.EDIT: 03/06/19 I have just bought a new one of these and for some bizarre reason it does not cool as well as the previous one. The last one practically froze solid. Yes, that might not sound ideal, but it meant it had some lifespan once out of the freezer. The new one can be in the freezer for 10 hours and when I get it out after just 30 minutes it has run out of oomph! Odd, but not as good as my first one.

Great Product
This is a great product, well made and seems reasonably priced when compared to similar products. The elasticated Velcro strap keeps it in place and the gel pack covers the whole forehead.The instructions suggest an hour for best results but, as others have mentioned, it will start to harden if left for too long. Personally I found that 20/30 minutes was about right for me. After an hour it was a little too ice like and too cold for comfort although still flexible. Thankfully I’ve not had a severe headache, since purchase, to fully put it through its paces but with its “hands free” nature it’s already way better than the bag of frozen peas!

Helps but doesnât stay cold for long
I bought this because I get fairly frequent migraines and headaches and I find that cold and a little bit of pressure helps a bit, but I wanted something more convenient than having to hold an ice pack to my head. The head wrap is comfortable and stays on fairly well, and the ice packs fit well inside. However, I find that the ice packs donât stay cold for that long – they tend to lose their cooling effect for me after about half an hour, no matter how long Iâve had them in the freezer for. Itâs a shame because a normal ice pack would last me a lot longer! I do like the convenience of being able to just strap it round my head though, and because there are two ice packs, in theory I could just swap them out. Just wish it stayed cold for longer!

Great for Migraines
I’ve been suffering from migraines my whole life and this little device is really great. Just bought and tried it and it made such a difference that I had to let others know right away. I tried it in the freezer and fridge in the same time and I find that the freezer is too cold for me and fridge works better. I wish the system to hold it in place would be better which is why I only gave it 4 stars – the velcro does now really work for me.

Really great in a migraine emergency!
This is exactly what I need in the middle of a migraine. I bought an extra cool pack so that I always have one spare in the freezer ready to be switched out. Highly recommend doing this.Itâs comfy to use, doesnât feel too tight when you have it strapped on. The material means you donât get uncomfortable from the cold pack being so chilly against your skin but isnât too thick so allows the cooling magic to happen.Iâve used this in several migraine attacks now and whilst it doesnât stop the migraine (obviously) it does make it vastly more bearable and if used before the headache becomes a migraine I think it helps minimise how blindingly awful it is.

An amazing alternative to disposable cooling strips. This product works really well for my headaches and often nips them in the bud before medication is required. The velcro is very strong so it always stays in place. A little big for smaller heads but still works well.

un peu gros pour être mis sur le front, j’aurai préféré un peu plus léger aussi, mais dans l’ensemble c’est un bon produit, qui semble solide et qui est plutôt pratique et confortable.

L’utilisation principale est vraiment de soulager la migraine qui donne l’impression que la tête va exploser et pour cela le bandeau est très utile et le soulagement assez rapide. On imagine facilement une utilisation pour une foulure car le bandeau très pratique peut être enroulé aussi bien sur le poignet que la cheville ou un genou. Un accessoire indispensable et très accessible.

j’ai acheté ce bandeau car je suis une grosse migraineuse et j’ai besoin de froid sur la tête et depuis quelques temps je cherchais une façon de faire tenir la glace sur ma tête et je suis satisfaite de ce bandeau qui maintient bien la glacej’attends de voir avec le temps car le scratch est minime et je ne pense pas qu’il tiendra sur la duréejuste un bémol, la glace se réchauffe trop vite et du coup il faut le remettre souvent au congel pour que ce soit bien frais
