Excellent product for my pupose
I have a trapped nerve in my neck that is under investigation by the NHS.Test take time and these packs give virtually instant relief when I need it, mainly when waiting for the pain killing medication to kick in.I keep two in the freezer and use them alternatively, the third is stored at room temperature in case a heat pad is required.I place a frozen pad in a folder cloth, or pillow case, draped over the back of a chair and sit against it when required.

Jâhabite dans une maison classée historique donc pas de possibilité de mettre la clim, et cette été jâen ai souffert de la chaleur de diable pendant la nuit. Jâai eu la bonne idée dâacheter ces produits pour congeler puis enrouler dans une serviette pour dormir avec.Il reste froid jusquâau matin et même avec mon poids dessus, il nâa pas explosé!Super produits!!Je nâai pas encore testé pour utiliser chaud mais en tout cas le froid marche impeccablement!
