The instructions are not up to date
For those with a MacBook, in the instructions you will read that you need to connect to BT 5.0 KB and it will connect but it won’t reconnect automatically after an inactivity. So you will need to connect to BT 3.0 KB for it to work properly.Other than that, GREAT product!

Bluetooth fails to connect
After a month of purchase the product simply stop functioning. there is no way to get it to connect to the bluetooth.no way to contact supplier to get further advise, not troubleshooting offered. Poor customer service. I do not recommend this product at all.

When I received this item it was great until Friday 1/11/24 when I came into work turned on my computer and went to start typing only the keyboard wonât type so I plugged charger in and just expected it to charge but it didnât and it still hasnât so Iâm left with a keyboard not working
