For the price decent and reliable
Very good camera took this to capture the Maldives and boy it was good. Did some diving and the videos were good not great and can be improved, however next time I should get the better camera from this brand. Overall very easy to use and takes good quality pics and vids. Battery life is ok, but come on battery is tiny so I get they won’t last as long. I purchased all the accessories for the camera and can’t complain perfect for the little guy.

Really impressive action camera with a great price!
I purchased this action camera following reading the positive reviews and I’m glad I did. I predominantly use action cameras for travel (with a little bit of cycling thrown in) and the AKASO hasn’t disappointed. The build of the camera feels of a good quality, including the included waterproof case. I have used the camera underwater and can confirm it is water tight! The quality of the recording is very clear, and even better when transferring to phone/PC (this is easily done using the app). I’d recommend having the motion stabiliser mode turned on when doing anything with a lot of movement as it does make a difference. Battery life is good and very easy to charge using the battery docking station. Overall I’m really impressed!

Amazing, affordable camera for paddle boarding
Fantastic piece of kit at an amazing price! Bought this for use on my stand up paddle board and couldn’t be happier. It’s amazing how small and light this thing is. Picture quality is brilliant with zero blurring.Sound quality too for what you pay. Used waterproof case on the board all the time so far so unfortunately doesn’t pick up background sounds.Battery life is great at 90 mins ish recording video, and with a 128GB card I can record for about 9 hours. It’s perfect for an upcoming paddling expedition in scotland.

great for skiing
I’ve scored this 5 stars given the price and the picture quality. There are some negative aspects but given the cost it’s hard to mark the camera down for that.I bought this product to use on a ski holiday but also to help with training dinghy sailing. so far only used it for skiing and it performed great.The picture quality is excellent and comes with a few different straps and attachments. I used a basic webbing strap and put it on the shoulder strap of my rucksack while skiing and it worked perfectly.Battery life is ok but given the cold conditions I was skiing in I didn’t expect much. I’d say it would last most of the day if you were taking still photos but longer videos (e.g. >15mins) drain it pretty fast which is kind of understandable. As you get 2 batteries with the camera you can easily do a swap over if needed.I used the remote control button which was great.Improvements/negatives:- hard to tell when it’s on when you have ski goggles, etc. There’s no handy LED light that shows the power is on (not that I could tell anyway)- hard to tell when it’s recording versus camera mode. this could be my lack of product knowledge but there was no beep or anything to acknowledge it was recording. you had to pivot the camera so you could see the screen and then try and make out the small type at the bottom of the screen (which is hard to do with ski gloves/goggles and also with rubbish eye sight- unfortunately lost audio on a few videos. this could be user error but just couldn’t work out how to get it consistent and obviously I must have made a fat finger error on the slopes- trying to get it working with a mac was a challenge. I couldn’t get the mac to recognise the SD card format so had to use windows / phone app- downloading files from camera to device (specifically phones) is painful especially when they’re large. the app doesn’t persist a queue and the wifi connection can (and will) drop just when you’re in the middle of downloading a load of files. the lack of persistent queue means you can’t tell where you got upto so you end up starting at the beginning and then having to sort out duplicate filesAside from the negative points above which mostly can be overcome with experience of use I’ve been really pleased with the camera and plan to use a lot more.

La EK7000 non è progettata per chi cerca la perfezione assoluta in termini di fluidità, ma per il prezzo offre comunque prestazioni più che soddisfacenti.BatteriaLa durata della batteria è un altro aspetto da considerare. Con una carica completa, la videocamera dura circa 90 minuti in registrazione continua a 1080p. Non è moltissimo, ma è sufficiente per brevi sessioni di riprese. La cosa positiva è che la batteria è removibile, quindi è possibile acquistarne altre per estendere il tempo di utilizzo.Accessori e facilità d’usoUna delle cose che ho apprezzato di più della EK7000 è la vasta gamma di accessori inclusi nella confezione. Supporti per casco, montaggi per bicicletta e adesivi per fissare la videocamera su diverse superfici la rendono estremamente versatile. La AKASO EK7000 mi ha davvero sorpreso: per quello che costa, offre un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Le riprese sono molto buone, l’immagine è nitida e fluida anche in movimento, ed è perfetta per chi vuole una action cam senza spendere cifre esagerate.La stabilizzazione funziona bene, e la fluidità generale è più che soddisfacente. Anche i vari accessori inclusi permettono di fissarla facilmente dove serve, cosa comodissima per sport o attività all’aperto.L’unico vero limite è il microfono: quando la cam è dentro la cover rigida (quella di vetro/plastica per montarla ad esempio su un casco o altro), la qualità audio cala parecchio. I suoni risultano ovattati e poco nitidi.Detto ciò, per il prezzo che ha, fa il suo dovere alla grande. Se il focus è più sul video che sull’audio, è una scelta azzeccata.
