This is an excellent little wireless CarPlay adapter.I have been using this for over a week now and it has connected every time, with very low latency and no disconnects or audio hiccups.Connection time is as fast as I have seen from any other devices, you barely even notice any extra time to connect vs using wired carplay. In my car at least, once the infotainment has booted up, after about 2-5 seconds you see this device’s splash screen, 2-5 seconds later you’re in CarPlay.Highly recommended if you only need CarPlay and don’t need Android Auto.Another bonus, the device is tiny, so takes up no room and is easy to fit where it needs to go.Extremely good value.

Easy to install wireless Car Play adapter.
I received this item for review under the Amazon Vine Program. My car is almost 7 years old and Car Play is limited to a wired connection. I’d looked at Wireless Car Play adapters in the past but could never find one that would confirm compatibility with my aging Mitsubishi so when the opportunity to test this one out I jumped at the chance. The adapter itself is very compact and unobtrusive. The usb ports in my car are hidden in the armrest so I don’t see it at all.It comes supplied with USB & USB extension cables which according to the instructions are used to update the device software ( I’ve not tried that function out )The supplied instructions were clear and easy to follow and I was up an running within two minutes. All the Car Play functions i.e. music, maps, phone etc work as before with the wired connection. When I restart the car my phone connects straight away and so far it hasn’t missed a beat. I’m very impressed with this product and am happy to recommend it to others.

So useful!
Why did you choose this product over others?:I have an MG4 and you can only get the Car Play to work plugged in, which could mean you overcharge your phone and you need it close to the USB port. This does away with this and it works exactly as you’d hope. Now my carplay is wireless and I can keep my phone wherever I want to. My MG4 is an X-Power so this prevents my phone from flying around the car when I accelerate hard.

Fast to setup and fast to connect
Ideal to add to a car that only has wired CarPlay.It came with both short USB A and USB C connectors, but I was able to just plug it straight into the USB A socket on my Mazda and then a couple of minutes later after following the instructions my iPhone was connected and CarPlay was showing on the display. Now whenever I hop in the car with my phone, CarPlay automatically starts without needing to press anything or do anything with the phone.

Compact device, easy setup and worked immediately
I thought that the instructions might be over complicated, but they werenât – make sure your phone isnât bluetoothed to your car, plug the adapter in to the Car Play enabled USB socket, follow the on-screen instruction/on the phones and the device (iPhone 13 Pro) connected and playing music via Amazon music on Car Play. Nice and compact adapter that worked perfectly on the first try.

Great device to make your wired CarPlay to wireless CarPlay. Very small device which is great. I updated the device first then plugged straight into the car. Connect via Bluetooth and connects straight away. Very good device.
