Windows does not recognise the device
Despite all the good reviews, when I connect to my PC, Windows informs me that the device is not recognised. I tried it on my son’s PC and Laptop, and the same problem. The other thing to note is that some reviews say it comes with a privacy cover, mine didn’t. Maybe I have a faulty one but still disappointed
